The models don’t look like typical 60+ women. We have wrinkles and age spots, veins, etc and therefore can’t wear the full makeup looks as modeled here. Then the tee shirt dress segment mentions busy moms who are also not typically 60+; grand moms, perhaps, but again we don’t typically look as terrific as the mature women in the vid when we are busy caring for our grandchildren either. Wondering if anyone else noticed this too.

True. But, style isn't confined by age; whether you're 40 or 60, there's no limit to expressing your unique fashion sense, and it's all about finding what resonates with you. In my videos, I strive to offer a diverse range of styles, knowing that not every look will suit everyone. But I strongly believe every woman deserves to feel confident and inspired by what they wear.
So, instead of comparing yourself to others, focus on gathering ideas that inspire you and that you can seamlessly integrate into your own wardrobe. After all, fashion is about expressing your unique self!
@@EleganceAt60 Oh, I suppose I was thrown off by the title of the channel. I expected to see real 60 and over woman looking elegant not photo ready younger models and busy young moms. You are correct regarding confidence though. It makes everything better at any age. When we reach 60 I can attest to our confidence growing as we realize how wonderful it is to reach this age. Not everyone gets the privilege.

I always want to know what fabric is used on a dress - no one includes that. I'm a sewer so we always use that as a like or dislike variable. Less carb, sugar, more veg and some exercise can help get a better body shape and health for women of every age,not the fashion / costume.

I don't know about you, but when I'm out anywhere I don't see women dressed nice, let alone in any kind of dress. I would suggest getting a full length mirror and see how you look front and back. I love the styles you show in this video. I'll be 65 soon, and I care how I look. You'd be surprised how much better you feel about yourself when you just put forth a little effort. Yoga pants aren't a good look for most of us.

Wear natural fibers such a cotton and linen. Polyester doesn't breathe well and clings to the sweating body. Not comfortable.
Culottes are easier to wear, whenever you sit down on a bench , especially if it painted black, your thighs will appreciate. Dont forget a hat and sunscreen.

But shoes! I wear running shoes daily because of pain in feed. I live in Texas and it is already 90 and there is no breeze with humidity at 100%.

I sometimes go to a few different senior centers in my city. I have never seen any women (including myself) that look anything like the models shown in this video. The women at the senior centers, typically over 60 years old, but many in their 70's, don't have the money to dress like ones in this video. I am only 5' 1" pear shaped, narrow shoulders and most of these styles would not look look good on me. Too low cut tops, , white pants, shorts several inches above the knees, not for me.
You aren't addressing the fact that some women have horrible arms with crepe skin and hanging fat. The sleeveless dresses are great for women with nice arms. I wear cover ups over my arms but sometimes even that is too much in Texas heat. You dressed these women beautifully. They do look elegant.
There is no such a thing as a collective comment - commenting means to give your very own opinion on a certain subject. I can't comment for you or another group. People speak for themselves unless somebody assigned them to represent them and their views.
I've never met one Lady over 50 let alone 60 who likes to show her arms no matter what shape she is!

“What if l told you”… that you have used an adjective (Elegant) where you should have used an ADVERB ( Elegantly)?? A lot of videos pretending to be ahead of the game can’t even speak/use English correctly!!
