We Are First Step

One of the First Step Job Training Program’s major components is building self-confidence. So, we brought graduates from the last 30 years together over Zoom and asked them to share their favorite qualities. Here’s what they said.

I have been in the shelter system for over nine months or more ,.and my housing package has long been completed. But I have yet to get any help with getting me an apartment.It is very up setting that I had to seek help from an out side agent.
