- This is a tour of CTC Auto Ranch in Denton, TX. This yard is filled with classic and antique cars. Classic cars everywhere. Classic car salvage yard. He has cars for sale and also a lot of parts available. CTCAutoranch.com
Wish I could buy this whole lot. Seen several cars I would love to work on and fix up. Let me know what you think of the video and if you spotted any cars/trucks you would love to own.
There use to be a wreck ing yard around Dallas that was all Mopar’s
Had a 52 Chevy pu back in the day, also had a 59 Chevy Apache pu. Personally I need some DeSoto Hemi Engine parts, I'll have to call that phone number and ask, when i get some money saved up.

Man I'm over here crying all the cars that's just sitting there I've seen 4 chevy caprice 70's and looks like 80's
That 69 Chevy Impala right at the end. I got a quick glimpse of it and then the video was over. I love videos like this. Back in the 60's my family lived next to a big junkyard like this one out in the country. My brother and I would climb the fence and just wander around looking at all the old cars. Loved junkyards even as a kid.lol My very first car was a 1969 Chevy Impala 2 door custom coupe with a 396 big block turbo 400 transmission, and positrac rear end. I bought it for $300 in 1979 when I was 16.
One of my greatest joys in my youth was exploring the junkyards and the old beauties in them while growing up! My siblings might not have enjoyed being dragged to the yards with Dad, but for me it was even better than playing ice hockey or hanging out with the neighborhood kids... And it has been DECADES since I've seen a yard so enticing! I'm already making plans in my head for a visit to Texas, and looking for an excuse BESIDES OLD CARS that I can give my hubby to convince him we should make the trip, because he does not share that particular love with me & said no more "beaters"... No biggie, he always says that, but I still bring 'em home when I find one I want. I think I'll be in a bit of trouble at this yard, however. I mean, how to choose just ONE of these treasures??? That right there is heaven on earth for old car enthusiasts. Owner could charge for 3 hour sightseeing walking tours around the yard. Love it, thank you.👍👍

I graduated from high school in '79 , so I grew up with a lot of those old cars and trucks. We used to buy running old trucks like those with flat head six cylinder engines, rip out the sixes, and drop in small block Chevy's to tow our race cars around and pick up crashed cars and parts. The beat up old trucks always seemed to run. Chasing parts to keep the race cars running. We should have just stuck with the old trucks and saved a lot of money.

This is one of the “seven wonders of Texas” if you’re a classic enthusiast. Located a few miles north of Denton, Tx on I-35 @Hwy 156 Exit. (Exit 473) on the so. bound side.

11:00 67 Chevy! These were my dads favorite truck, we drove all over in one of these when i was a kid. My first vehicle was a 68 chevy half ton

This yard would have to be the cleanest yard I have ever seen, all the cars are in rows plus the grass is keep short,no trees growing up through the vehicles👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Not a Mopar guy but that 68 charger should no be sitting there. That has got to be one of the most beautiful cars ever made.

Im from east tennessee maryville tennessee this best junk yard i have ever seen most are in woods where leaves rot them out or over grown with weeds i love this one
You seemed to like that 66 Dodge Coronet 440 4- door - I had a 2-door back in the early 80's and it had a much flowing roof to trunk design. Was a fun muscle car w/383 and torqueflight 727 trans. While I was out of town a major flood hit my neighborhood and wiped it out. Sure enjoyed your tour great job!

That Cornet is a 440 car. If the motor isn't ceased...worth a few bucks to pick it up. There was like a black 1963-65 Falcon you scanned by in the distance at the beginning...if it's a 289 car...that's nice as well. Couple of nice Corvairs

Don't worry maybe you can work out a deal with the owner of the yard you know like uhhh maybe start a business of fixing cars and selling them, slowly one by one maybe he'll like it. I really wish something like this happens because it literally tugs on my heart watching these amazing looking nostalgic cars rotting 😭😭😭. 7:04 There is an Austin 1100 as the quirkiest cars on here followed by the various Corvairs, but the 1100 had a hydrogas suspensions as it is weird way to do suspension...

Dad and I had a shop in Ida. we did private restorations for friends Dad knew and some customer referrals... (All daily drivers , no trailer queens...lots of winners at local car shows) 1 of his friends bought 2 ... 64 El Camino's from this guy ( that was back around 90-91..we did a show room one 1 a a full custom on the twin... I had that same 78-79 Volare /6 with a rare 4sp on the floor ..if it was a Manuel it generally was a 3 sp...as he was 1st driving in he PST my 1st car...64 dodge dart /6 3sp on the tree ..$125 in 1978 sorry I let that 1 go. 😢

There was a yard like this in Yakima. The owner was very cool when you got to know him. He sold everything for cheap. But you had to dig it out and do all the work. I peeled a 351 cleveland out of a wrecked 70 cougar for $35. I could have bought the whole car for $300.

Just think if there was a contest where the winner could go in that yard and have any 1 car of his choice restored by one of those garages that caters to the mega rich collector. I'm not talking all original parts - I'm talking about the type of restoration that keeps the basic design but with better modern parts and material.
