Idk, I'd always play The Knife, Light Asylum and similar artists when people were partying at my old apartment and it always got the dance party going. I suppose I can see how people wouldn't like it. It has its own little niche of fans.

Hauntingly beautiful!
Karin is great.
I learned of this yesterday and I am obsessed!!!
Welcome to The Knife!
Completely normal phenomenon
so remarkably beautiful. I first heard this in 2009 and I still listen to this album, a masterpiece.
Same
True , underrated , genius

Althought I am not sure, If I understand what is this song about, I like it for many years
это самая лучшая песня, которую где-либо и когда-либо я слышала♥️

Мечта на концерте побывать...( там шоу,говорят,супер!)

One of those music masterpieces impossible to work to. Just listening...
the only type of work I can manage to do with this in my ears is playing along.
Excelente... Me llena un vacío
yo tambien.
thanks for live record 🌬️
beautiful piece. modern age is blessed by this soulmates
Absolutamente
Ugh!! I just dance my entire heart out!!
I cut your nails and comb your hair
I carry you down the stairs
I wanted to see right through from the other side
I wanted to walk a trail with no end in sight
The moment we believe that we have never met
Another kind of love it's easy to forget
When we are all alone then we do both agree
We have a thing in common this was meant to be
You close my eyes and soothe my ears
You heal my wounds and dry my tears
On the inside of this marble house I grow
And the seeds I sow will grow up prisoners too
The moment we believe that we have never met
Another kind of love it's easy to forget
When we are all alone then we do both agree
We have a thing in common this was meant to be
Now where's your shoulder
What is its name
What's your scent
Say it again
If it goes faster can you still follow me
It must be safe when it's on TV
I raise my hands to heaven for curiosity
I don't know what to ask for
What has it got for me
The others say we're hiding
It's as forward as can be
Some things I do for money
Some things I do for free
I would just edit in the last verse first line, to heaven A curiosity, but thank you
Genius.
flawless
Genial!!!
People scoff at this when they hear it but it makes me insane because it is the most progressive musical art in the last few decades.

I'm Midwest. Lots of rap/hip hop which I'm not about like at all.

@Luna Stone they're Scandinavian
@Luna Stone i don't think it's that deep, it's a joke.
Wtf 100
Are they singing live too? Can't tell. Hey! Let's show up with a pre recorded show and just play the tape deck!
Yes, you can hear that Karin sings “carry you down the stairs” and “see right through” separately, instead of having layered vocals like on the album.
@@circolombisque2285 there seems to be some pre recorded vocals possibly but I would guess its a harmonic part sang by her as well.
@@SkinSolder yep, the harmonies and Jay Jay’s vocals are a backing track
