Arun kumar I've seen it used with a router for cutting elliptical coffee tables.

for instance, could it hold a drill or rotary cutting (dremel) tool?
or maybe stick some light in there, to make a show, like an regular or flashing LED with battery.
try 9v battery with 2 white LEDS in series, and maybe a switch. wires to extend it and use tape to hold it

or 1 white led with LiPo battery, or 3 small button cell batteries like of laser...etc.
Or use a laser marker to show on wall in the dark. hold button with tape.
I still don't know why this tool draw an ellips! amazing
Once i tried to make but failed due to lack of equipments
imagine that there are 4 capacitors and with the movement you change their dielectric properties...
