I'm not sure I could sit through that. But I might be generous enough to give him it without quitting. It's a rare feat.
When you know it's going to be a long FTK, I don't scoop because at that point it's against him and the timer and I don't need to bother for the next five* minutes. If they're good enough at clicking cards to cycle their loop manually in the time limit, kudos to them, but if they can't and I win by time out it's their skill issue, not mine.
*according to what 300 seconds is supposed to be, we all know these turns actually take around 7-10 minutes for no good reason.
I'm pretty sure videos like these are rehearsed a lot in advance.

Final Countdown, Last Turn, and Jackpot 7 should have a special animation beyond the card just floating there. Imagine for Final Countdown, a circle of flames that begins to appear each turn, a new one igniting each time, and when its full, the flames all converge, before obliterating the opponent like an Exodia blast.
Jackpot 7 would show three slot reels, each one spinning fast with various Yu Gi Oh images, mostly the millennium items and some iconic monsters, stopping one at a time on 7 each. When they all show 7, the machine dumps out a huge pile of gold, cracking the opponent's board.
Last Turn, should show a beam of energy from each side, and the winning side overpowers the other, blasting them and ending the duel.
The DS games had the Final Countdown animation!

funny you mention the Final Countdown going like this, it's exactly how it was depicted ever since Yugioh GX Tag Force on PS2 (evolution) and PSP

Last Turn will never get unbanned that card ruling was already a hot mess back in the day and with how complicated YGO have become over the years. it would fucked the game even worse

Eh, the version that abuses Arcana Force Za Warudo is a worse experience just because you have to sit through all the phases of all 10 of their turns while doing nothing but pass yours.
Playing "This is the turn that never ends, it just goes on and on my friend..." etc. etc. is actually not that far off from normal game play.
Let me remind everyone that even the Tag Force games have a animation for FC and most of the alternate wincons avaliable at the time.

That loop is half as long as the one I know! XD.
The one I know dealt with emptying the deck primal seed loop to add 3 cards to hand, use those cards to send that trap moving the turn count forward to the deck and fusing fairy tail snow and this parasyte monster to make "the dark magicians" which has you draw the trap and activate it, then you shuffle the dark magicians back into the extra deck just to start the loop over again.
This is why Hearthstone has turn timers lol

I wouldnt even feel bad for that combo going off in my face. at least its fiddling with a purpose rather than fiddling for shits and giggles after you reached the right board state and are just going on and on and on.

They errata'd it a few years ago. Same summoning condition with these changes:
1) if you use CED's effect you CANNOT activate any other effects that same turn before or after.
2) the 300 lp damage is only based on your opponent's cards

Each alternative win condition should have its own badass animation like Exodia or Destiny Draw. Just showing the card like that is kinda lame. But I guess it works as a placeholder until they get to it…

Which card put pyro clock back in the deck?
Primal Seed puts Different Dimension Reincarnation and Pyro Clock of Destiny back into the hand, then Different Dimension Reincarnation is used, discarding Pyro Clock of Destiny to resummon Junk Collector, whose effect allows you to banish itself and Pyro Clock of Destiny to activate its effect. Then Primal Seed recalls Different Dimension Reincarnation and Pyro Clock of Destiny to do it again.
I'm not familiar with the game in any form post-early GX though, so I'm not really sure how Primal Seed keeps coming back to do this. I see multiple in the player's hand but even _I_ know you're not allowed 20 of the same card and couldn't realistically draw all of them even if you _were_ and didn't have a hand size limit.
Edit: I now understand further. The video uses one Primal Seed to pull both Different Dimension Reincarnation _and_ Pyro Clock of Destiny the first time and it then cuts to the end of the loop. This gave me the impression that it continued like that but only the first Primal Seed can pull both at the same time. Every subsequent Primal Seed can only pull one of the two requisite cards because it has to pull the other Primal Seed back out. The end result is effectively the same process but at half the rate.

Timer pauses every effect. Also, if you opponent can make any kinda play, the timer will pause.
Alot people dislike yugioh due to insane boards that take a while to create. If the 2nd person didn't pull any outs or negates.... turn2 player will lose or DC.
Hardly any duel in any yugioh game is finished. Everyone normally DCs since Yugioh is lame af.
i absolutly hate combo decks like this....the main reason i watch you is to learn which cards to look out for during combos. to see which ones are just like 10 cards or less combos. if a combo its 20+cards or take long enough for me to live my life then i just instantly surrender when i see the combo starting. O.o but ya first time i ever seen a first turn fc win kinda cool.
Every time is see one these moderns duels I just think to myself: "I am not touching the trash game state that is modern yugioh. I stick to 2008 my beloved."

And Konami could have solved all this with just adding an extra rule that states that EVERY card effect in the game is once per turn no matter what the cards says.
