exactly, I think they got better with those moves. Yes, Klay was good in the past but with all respect, he isn't the same player anymore. Certainly is still good at shooting but defense isn't there anymore. CP3 still has the IQ but the price tag was just not reasonable. Bob Myers dropped out of the gm, because he knew the path would be going like this. He has built relationship with those people but at the same time those players get older and sometimes aren't as good as their contracts are heavy. I don't think Curry gets traded but if you have a good offer that helps your young core, and you might be able to have a new window of 5-7 years, then they have to check their possibilities. But again, I don't expect them to do this and if so, the offer would have to be great.
I just don't know how they want to improve this team, it will get tricky if you ask me, I mean if you don't want to trade anyone.

Yes, warriors need to get that Markkanen trade to happen, weather its giving up podz or kuminga. I know theres alot of fans obsessed with the young talent and what they could be in the future, but we will never have another Steph Curry, probably. He is a 1 of 1 player, still playing as a top 10 level at his age.
Kuminga and Markkanen are basically in the same boat. They will NOT be cornerstones to a team, they will not be in that Top 10 NBA players conversation.
Kumingas ceiling can be what Markkanen currently is- nearly 50% from fhe field, 40% from 3, 90% from the line, with decent rebounding. But Kuminga may be years away from reaching that. And his ball IQ isnt near what Markkanens is( in terms of reading and processing the floor quickly to make faster decisions). And to kumingas defense, he just needs time to develop that, but that could be 5+ years from now. He may need to be 26/27 years old to be Prime Kuminga 😂

Honestly when Draymond cost you KD, you should have traded him. The warriors are constantly locked behind building a team that can function with the limitations of Draymond Green. Not to mention the distractions he constantly causes.
If I were steph I would be asking to get moved somewhere else. You're just not going to rebuild this team into a championship contender on the fly.

I would have no hesitation of trading Podz
I feel like this is a hot take, but as a Warriors fan, I think Podz is so much closer to being overrated than Kuminga. Podz was great for us last season when we needed someone to step up. But in my opinion, I think that’s a result of his IQ making him look like a more talented rookie than he actually was. In reality I think he’s just a lot closer to his ceiling than most rookies are, and I frankly don’t see him getting that much better. Kuminga on the other hand is nowhere near his ceiling imo. If we get the opportunity to trade Podz for Lauri I would take it, and if it came down to a choice between Podz and Kuminga I would trade Podz 10 times out of 10.
