I think it should be better to treat Hulk's rage induced transformations as a "fight or flight" thing. Meaning that unless Bruce or one of his friends are in a great and immediate danger it's impossible to trigger the transformation. Leading Bruce to work hard to harness his rage when he wants to transform.
That sounds like a very good concept, but kinda boring if they were to adapt it since there wouldn’t be a whole lot of Hulk onscreen until like the final battle
The only problem with that is Bruce made it very clear that he doesn’t want to be Hulk. He probably wouldn’t really be in the Avengers radar as he would try very hard to avoid any dangerous situations.
It's not "valid" but it is understandable. A lot of people hate change because they are afraid of things they don't understand. Part of maturing is understanding that some things are entirely out of our personal control and that that is okay. It's understandable to fear the unknown, but it is not "valid" to hate innocent people for one's own ignorance and immaturity.

Did you even watch the video? Hulk clearly said "immigrants" lol. If the issue was that they were Irish, he would've yelled that instead. Just because Captain America SAID they were Irish doesn't mean Hulk is mad at them for being Irish; he simply assumed that they were immigrants because Captain America never disclosed their citizenship.

Every time a new voice for either a character he hasn't done yet or another rendition of Spider-Man (great touch) appears in a video I just become instantly enamored with his take on the character.

I think it should be better to treat Hulk's rage induced transformations as a "fight or flight" thing. Meaning that unless Bruce or one of his friends are in a great and immediate danger it's impossible to trigger the transformation. Leading Bruce to work hard to harness his rage when he wants to transform.
In this case its Fight or Fight
That sounds like a very good concept, but kinda boring if they were to adapt it since there wouldn’t be a whole lot of Hulk onscreen until like the final battle

That's so backwards. A rage monster doesn't work hard to generate a rage, they work hard to contain and control it -- and typically fail.
The only problem with that is Bruce made it very clear that he doesn’t want to be Hulk. He probably wouldn’t really be in the Avengers radar as he would try very hard to avoid any dangerous situations.

It's not "valid" but it is understandable. A lot of people hate change because they are afraid of things they don't understand. Part of maturing is understanding that some things are entirely out of our personal control and that that is okay. It's understandable to fear the unknown, but it is not "valid" to hate innocent people for one's own ignorance and immaturity.
They said is Valid because when the Hulk changes it destroys everything on his pat, physical and emotionaly.

Cause in the comics Bruce and Hulk are actually depicted as two separate entities living in the same body.
I think a great example would be the Hulk knowing who Spider Man is when Peter erased everyone’s minds but since the Hulk is a different entity he remembers that Peter is Spider Man.
However there are the times where the writers do something else and make Bruce and the Hulk the same
