1bhk is still a lot of space I remember when I was a kid (less then 5) we used to live in a single room, in the corner there was a kind of platform for kitchen and in the other corner a small washroom , happily now we live in a 3bhk duplex which was constructed last yr only and now I am 17 in the end i would just say one thing my father just grinded himself so that we can live this life by profession he is a doctor
Kaha se shuru kia tha or Aaj kaha pahunch gae... It gives a very significant message.. thy build it together, and they grew together. Marrying rich is not important, marrying the right person is important. ❤️

Start from zero and have gratitude after having it.. it's a dream home for somebody who doesn't have house and these people behaving like born rich... Under estimate the place and apartment the place where was living before..
The number of times they mentioned "itna chhoota", I felt it was not required. India ki 60-70% population isse chhote ghar me jindagi gujar deti hai. And listening to such things aaj kal ke youngsters jo abhi paida huye hai woh log bhi apne parents to bolne lage hai "ghar chhota hai, mera room nahi hai".. Series is good no doubt, but other bad part of such series is that after watching - the gratitude, satisfaction, humbleness is decreasing in youngsters.
I think the current flat owner and the people staying there in that society will suffer from chronic depression after this. All of them have been downgraded to such a small home owners

I found it extremely disrespectful to mention the shortcomings of the house. Besides, it was one of the best societies of those times and still is good. And they travelled abroad in those times when most Indians couldn’t. She worked in Germany & before with SATYA PAUL ffs and they had frequent vacations, used cars for dates. They were literally better than MOST Indians at that time. Being motivated by your journey is one thing, but this was just downgrading and being ungrateful and tone deaf. Their life at that time was also better than MOST Indians even now.
If you are not from Bombay, 1BHK in Lower Parel even today is a feat! You really have to be well off to be able to afford one.

It's so evident that someone's is staying in this apartment and allowed them to shoot also. Is it really necessary to demean it in this way. Ashneer was visibly nostalgic but Madhuri was continuously ranting small small .very bad.
It would be better to describe the emotional attachment rather than the tangible limitations of that apartments as majority of the people can afford this kind of place or below this standard. Where the common sense has gone from these top notch representers!!!

I feel Ashneer defines true masculinity. His straight forward attitude and stoic behaviour keeps him out of any emotional bubble. Eventually it also supports him in making some rational decisions towards businesses

Ashneer gives really GREAT advice, a true man of experience.
Loved this video and it felt great to get to see these sides to Ashneer and his wife - although the continuous mentions of how small the space is kinda a bit too much considering most of India lives in spaces of this size and learn to live their lives perfectly well in it - the constant mention of ''kaise karte the itne se space me'' - ask most Indians kaise! And I guess, if needs are what determine the amount fo space one should live in - a 1-BHK can be perfect for the needs of a general human being and a family - yes for someone's ''wants'' - even the biggest bungalow may feel small.
Ashneer is my role model, its inspiring to see how he grew from that place to the present one. My career started with BharatPe.

Mr Grover and the crew.. please don’t criticise or compare the house with your present house ..the house that gave you shelter for two years during your struggle days..mr Ratan Tata would never do that.. by the way I was the neighbour of mr Grover on the same floor.. and neelganga is one of the best society in Lower Parel Hands down

I too feel bad for the current owners. This is nearly impossible for a common man to afford that house in Mumbai and then when one day he could, some ex-residents compare it with their giant houses publicly (thats not fair). Very uncomfortable to watch it. ☹
