The difference between legendary businesses like Microsoft, Google, Apple, IBM and businesses in India like Infosys, TCS and lot of startups etc is that the former has a product whereas the later just has business idea. You cannot survive long with just business idea, you need a product.
TCS and Infosys have products.
They are not B2C companies, they are B2B and their products are B2B.
You just need to google 'TCS Products' or 'Infosys Products' to find the pages.
Also, these are primarily consulting companies.
That's a legitimate business, not just an 'idea'.
They are not raising tons of money like modern day startups - TCS and INFY have revenue and profits.

He always took decisions with his ego in his mind. Business does not work with ego. Ego is needed at times, but when we know that we are on the opposite side of our own crew, need to be wise and leave ego aside. he though has immense knowledge, a sweet tongue is essential.

A lot of people miss the point. Ashneer was greedy, and to him money mattered more than ethics. Hence his downfall. He had the thirst, but not the constraint.

Ashneer's accomplishments are commendable but this is the only side of Ashneer. We don't know the opposite side. And one thing we know Ashneer is short tempered and egoistic person. It's hard to work with such a person. That's why his team decided to side him.

This is a very biased video, which shows Ashneer in a good light. You failed to mention the charges of fraud due to wish Ashneer and his wife were forced to step down. You failed to mention why Kotak refused to give Ashneer a loan.
