I don’t always agree with hasanabi takes but tbh he somewhat had a point. Racism isn’t just running up on a black person and calling them a slur or committing a hate crime but saying that jidion doesn’t care is a braindead take

That man wasn't mentally ill. In fact, even Jidion respected the fact that he was able to have a civil conversation with him despite his beliefs. He easily could have said get out of here and used the n word immediately. He just has different beliefs than the rest of us. I am not defending or condoning those beliefs in anyway. I believe racism is one of the worst plagues in history but that being said, just because we don't agree with someone doesn't mean we can't understand that they have different beliefs. Even the fact this man who has most likely been racist his entire life and raised in that style was willing to take a moment and talk with Jidion is progress.
