How to get Platinum Speed running (Sub 13:00) for the quest Below Ice Mountain. This guide is also applicable to non-speedrunning, and to start you will only need the following items:
1 Stamina Potion
3 Energy Potions
500 Coins
5 Tuna
This quest requires the Lumbridge, Chronicle and Soul Wars teleports.

This was miles easier than Black Knight (only got gold) and don't even get me started on Demon Slayer... I got a 12:49 on this and I messed up a good few times. Took me maybe three times, burnt the meat once, and the first time through any quest I like to go through and "tag" any relevant NPCs and tiles. Makes it much easier in subsequent runs. Regardless, got the 1800 points. Thank you so much, man. These guides are invaluable. 😇

For those struggling like me on the first few attempts due to a burnt bread or beef, please note that you can get 1 bowl in lumbridge, and quickhop to another speedrun world for an extra bowl. After this, fill both with water at the lumby sink. Then get 2/3 pots of flour and beef from port sarim, before moving on. This allowed me to get platinum.
I burnt my beef on my platinum run but luckily had spare. Round before I burnt my bread and/or my beefs when I brought only one, and could restart with 5 minutes in. So don't do that to yourself multiple times.

First attempt i messed up while making the bread I didn't hear you preparing the dough haha, second I got chanced by the boss and alternating but 3rd time was a charm indeed.

Beat it to this guide! Ultimately with some luck on the mining I managed it without the tick manipulation on the boss, just mining. Having runelite trigger when an npc's dialogue was done enough to proceed to the next part helped shave ticks, as well as practicing everything up to just before the Rocky montage as many times as possible before I tried it "for real" to make the practice runs much, much, much shorter.

nice guide, all of urs helped me out alot,
im just wondering about 1 thing and that is who is the lunatic having a 8:42 speedrunning this ?
My 1st attempt time: 12:54 and I messed up here & there.
So certainly quite viable if you just follow along on a 2nd monitor/phone.
Best time to do your quick pray & group tele setup is indeed from Lumby to Draynor: longest run OR from Draynor to Port Sarim.
Other tips:
* Go do the setup for Vampyre Slayer and use screen markers to buy the Chronicle & tele card. Use swap entree left SHIFT to set it to Buy1 on a regular left click. Then also change left click chronicle to teleport once you ahve it as a filled book in your inv.
* Same to the food shop in Port Sarim: buy 5 dough and buy 5 raw beef. Why 5? There's no buy2 shortcut..
** In the scenario that you burn your bread or the meat, you can retry in Edgeville left house, Evil Dave's location: refill your bowl at the sink here and cook again on the stove. You lose some time but this is still viable to get PLAT.
* Instead of only going pray atk & str, also do the def one as quick pray. The golem can hit hard if you take longer to finish the battle.
* Doing the 4 pillars is easier than trying to mine & comb, certainly practice this part on a guard or whatever. (I nearly died and had to eat a tuna).
Even with all of that, I still got in at 12:54 certainly easier than demon slayer where you have rng combat with the wizards and all. Thanks for the video!

If you're having trouble with the steak sandwich, double check you have the items needed and make sure to use the knife on the bread to start the sandwich dialogue screen.
