    I have too many knives and your videos are dangerous because of the temptations they create. But, since I found them I am addictted. They are so beautifully made, as beautiful as the knives themselves. I am slowly working through your past videos and trying to keep my credit cards hidden :-). Thank you for making such lovely videos and introducing us to so many fine examples of the European cutlery world.

    You've been sorely missed, Stefan so it's a real treat to see a new video by you. That knife is truly a thing of beauty but if I were ever in a position to buy one, it would have to be a 'safe queen'. I could never bring myself to use it. I hope we'll see some more videos very soon. Regards, Mark.

    Moin Stefan,
    I enjoyed the comeback of the Schmalhaus' video reviews on CZcams. Perfection to the point. Well done.
    When I saw the first pictures of the Punk, I thought it must be a Perceval. It seems, Perceval raised it's own competitor. No doubt, it is a very well made pocket table knife. But I would prefer a more compact version for my daily cutting tasks beside the table.
    I'm going to stick to my Le Français, as my table knife of choice, for a while and will use my smaller pocket knives for everything else. But it is worth to keep an eye on Roland's upcoming work. That's for sure.
    Thank you.

    This is actually one of the very few knives which are absolutely legal in Germany according to §42a. It is not possible to open it with one hand (even with gloves, like some "especially meticulous

      @IliaTernovich Před 5 lety

      @@StefanSchmalhaus I suppose it depends on concrete exemplar, due to the fact that this is custom knife, not a mass production ("von der Stange"). Mine has such a strong detent, that even gloves don't help :)
