Democrat voters want our children to be taught to hate the color of their own skin in school. Democrats want to confuse children about their sexuality, teach them perverted sex acts and mutilate their sex organs in horrific sex change operations. Democrats want Biden to send hundreds of billions of dollars to Ukraine for endless war and to pay the Ukrainian people's pensions while millions of Americans are homeless and hungry. Democrats are glad Biden hired 87,000 new IRS agents to persecute American families now struggling under Biden's crushing 100% inflation. Democrats want tens of millions of the world's criminals and poor emptied from prisons into America, destroying the economy, culture and way of life. People who support Biden think they will "build back better" with communism, but they will only succeed in bankrupting America and promoting war, suffering, and death. Those who voted for Biden deserve to have their country destroyed which they actually want. They don't deserve the freedom their fathers and grandfathers fought and died for so it will be taken from them and they will be enslaved and impoverished in the land of their birth.

I worked for a peach orchard in the early 90’s when I was in high school. The owners would take a truck down to Mexico, to a specific community, and return with a bus full of workers for his farm. He then had a tent city behind the orchard where they resided for the summer. When the summer was over, the Mexican workers would return back to the town via the same bus. During the rest of the year, the orchard owner and other members of the church he belonged to would return to Mexico several times during the year to bring them donations and items the community needed. I always felt it was a symbiotic relationship. And as someone who worked there and made decent money before returning to college where I got paid $3.25 an hour, I can practically guarantee that their money went even further back in Mexico

Supporting a labor market that is illegal means that guest workers and other workers cannot ever get a fair wage because they’re importing workers who will work for four dollars an hour. If we eliminated the labor trafficking, that corporations and farmers are doing now, we could have guest migrant workers, making at least a minimum wage, and paying into taxes at the same time. People need to understand what Cesar Chavez was trying to do for farmworkers. He was against importing illegal, immigrant, because it under cut all of the farm workers in the area.

When I was a kid in Salem Oregon, we had lots of canneries, my grandfather owned one. There were not a lot of migrants in those days, and high school kids picked, and lots of regular people. I was about 8 or 9 and my brother was about 11. My mom would go with us sometimes. My dad thought we needed to learn how to earn money. LOL. Let me tell you, we picked strawberries..HORRIBLE!!!! Hot in the sun, no shade and we got paid by the "lug" that was a tray of 8 boxes of berries. Of course I ate some of the biggest and juiciest. We then picked pole beans. Better than strawberries. We picked everything, even the big pulpy ones that you don't eat. They were used in baby food. My grandfather packed for Gerber as one of his contracts. I liked picking Boysenberries. Dad would drop us off, including Mom if she was going and sometimes a friend and her kids too, about 8 or 9 in the morning and pick us up by 5 that night. It was a very long day. As for rewarding? Hmmmmmm, I could find something else.
I don't see anyone, kids or not, running to do those jobs. The price of your produce will not go down if it rots in the fields and it has done that over the last few years. Now we have the water from snow melt covering what used to be farmland in central California. 8.00 for a watermelon the other day and the farmers are barely making it. Less crops, crops not being picked, more money for fuel and fertilizer. People need to stop the effing culture wars, get their head out of their nether regions, and look at the REAL issues we face.

Those jobs used to be kids working summer loading watermelons and cantelopes , etc. I had alot of friends who lived around me who loaded them during the summer for less than minimum wage. They would pay by the load. At lunch they would buy them a drink and something to eat. The kids needed the money for things such as gas for there 4wheelers , dirtbikes , etc. And anything they wanted to buy.
Parents were not sorry and worthless like they are today. They give there kids everything and they never understand the value of a dollar . Farmers now live better than most doctors and lawyers by paying mexicans a couple dollars a day and housing them all in one house and giving them a van for transportation. Its nothing more than legalized slavery. Period. I know. We did it on our farm for years until my father died 13 years ago. I no longer farm. But i lived it.

Back in the 90's on my farm I was hiring young locals who figured merely by showing up they deserved their pay, so I decided to give a local labour contractor a try. The first day the bus rolled up with about 50 workers and not one was under 65. Despite that subsequently I only used the contractor. Those senior citizens, although costing more per hour (contractors markup) were cheaper because they worked harder. I had to demand they take coffee breaks since they'd prefer to work through to pick up an extra 30 minutes (2X15 minute breaks ) of pay. All my fields were cleaned simultaneously improving crop management, the contractor knew what he was doing so I didn't have to babysit my crew, and, I could spend my time more productivity elsewhere.

Specially construction workers some times don’t get paid and get threatened with getting deported some also do a shitty job because they just care about making a buck to send back, maybe tomorrow they get deported. They don’t pay car insurance and drive illegally. The lists adds on…illegals are a problem and criminals. Sure they do deserve to come legally to the US but not illegally. I was usually the only American maybe there would be 1 or 2 more out of a hundred plus workers. I got yelled at because I was taking jobs away from Europeans but not Swiss or French; from Polish and Czech.
Everyone thought all Americans were rich at that time. They thought it was unfair that I was taking a job away from someone who made more in 2 or 3 weeks picking grapes than they did in their home countries in 6 months working as professionals like teachers.
Guess how many Swiss people picked grapes in Switzerland? Zero. The minimum wage at that time (90s) was $12/hour. That was a lot back then. I wasn't rich and I couldn't have earned $12/hr back then in my home city. But I could understand their point. In my home country, I would have more opportunity to earn a decent living than they did in theirs.
Still the point is, Swiss people didn't want to pick grapes for $12/hr. Just like Americans don't want to pick watermelons for $8/hr. So why hassle the people who do actually want to do the work?

If a person is willing to do the same job for less money, an employer hires them. It's very simple... The people working on those farms weren't forced to do so. They literally moved from a different country to take that job after evaluating the terms they were offered. I understand the argument regarding Kanye and Kim and fully agree that the extent of their wealth is absurd compared to what they offer humanity, but that is simply a product of the outrageous entertainment industry the USA and the rest of the world supports.

Another part they failed to discuss is how the farmers only pay them by check. The pickers don't know how to open a bank account, don't trust banks, etc. They don't have U.S. Driver's licenses, etc. to identify them if they did have an account (can't open one without one either) So they have to rely on local bars, liquor stores, Mom & Pop groceries and gas stations, etc. to cash their paychecks. To do so they are charged 25 - 45%, even though the farmers and check cashers all know each other/probably grew up together. These farmers (many/most, might be a few good ones) aren't the sweethearts they would like you think they are. Their the same old right-wing hate, everyone that isn't them types that only decries the wall when it hits them in the pocketbook. Working ALL day in the humidity or heat for around minimum wage? *Moreover, no tax-paying one can actually “afford” that type of work/job in current America* 😂😂 I am speaking from experience. When you are finished with a week’s shift, your body is bummed out/burned out. This goes for Amazon warehouse too. They have strategically laid out a work schedule that has you in there for just enough time where you can productive. They’ve strategically organized it where when the average person cannot physically do anymore, they let you out for the other days of the week that you’re off (not scheduled).
