I bought it from US Towers along with the tower it self

I was wondering what it is for? Normally a crank to raise the tower is at the base, not at the top. I think it would be hard to use while standing on the tower rungs

@@davep6977 This is not to raise the tower, it is to lower the mast if needed. To be honest with you aI have never used it yet to lower the mast
