German ICE highspeedtrains are not only leaving and arriving at Köln Hauptbahnhof but also on the smaller trainstation Köln Messe/Deutz just across the other side of the river.
My brother travelled to Bavaria and I accompanied him to his train....

Haha, auch jedes Reisenden mit zwei schweren Rollkoffern, da selten die Rolltreppen funktionieren, sofern sie überhaupt vorhanden sind!
