Well, as for Kenya, it is really nice and civilized (if you avoid some areas alone at night and if you avoid demonstrations which sometimes happen), and esp. if you are around with locals. It is a different world than Europe, but I feel safer than in many german cities nowadays :-)

Vielen Dank für die Frage. Das Grab ist im neuen Teil, oberhalb des Teiches. Ich glaub, einen Lageplan gibt es nicht. Es ist in der Nähe des Konrad Adenauer Grabs, das mit Pfeilen zu ausgeschildert ist. Man findet das schon, der Friedhof ist ziemlich klein. It depends how much you want to spend and if you want to do all inclusive or just breakfast and if you travel alone or have a joiner. The hotels at the beach are more expensive than the hotels at the Road. The cheaper hotels are easier to access, because the resorts are heavily protected. You can look at booking. You can also switch hotels and change after 1 or 2 nights then you see yourself what you like. There are all kinds of accomodations actually. I cannot name a specific hotel but you can get around by Tuktuk or Motorbiketaxi, but don't forget if you are a european often people try to rip you off... In short , if you travel alone choose a cheaper hotel, in the expensive resorts are mostly european and sometimes indian couples and it can become very boring.

@@777cpt Yes, if you are prepared you can handle it. But tourists should understand that many ppl there are really very poor in comparison.. The Tuktuk drivers in Diani are very annoying, they want 300 ksh for trips that are 100 ksh normally and beachvendors are also a nightmare... Anyway, best of luck!

Simply walk though the streets. It i a very small town. But if you go alone, I wouldnt sleep in a hostel, you never know! :-)))

I modify my answer now, because it is probably to disturbing for most people: Yes, you are very right. The DB and it's ICE trains reflect the state of the Country of Germany since some years also in a way. The govenment seems to have other priorities than well working trains. Safe travels!😅

@@Blablagerman honestly i didn't even know that these problem concern are all comin' from german goverment due to their lack of competence for making their public transportation much better but instead to make them worse, i know that the European transportation are much way better than any African rallway company and i was jealous when i travelled to Europe London-Heathrow for the fiirst time even in UK their company are poor compared to the German company DB, and when i released for the time that their technology Railway ,trains service, stations, agents etc, that there somethin' wrong behind all of this and honestly that should be ashamed by me to say but i think i overestimated their company i just figured out what's really going on with them somethin' that i just find out with some video about that, thx

@@oslo162 ​ @oslo162 I talked to some of the ICE train drivers in Cologne who are also very pissed abt all and they also explained me a lot about what is going on in the DB headquarter. DB belongs to the german state or government, so it should be FOR the people, but their agenda is different. Switzerland, which has the best trainservice in Europe, even banned ICEs from their country,... And as I said already, it was all much better before. Some force wants to slow us down by all means and still wanna make us believe we are their friends or partners... But thats all my personal opinion anyway...Good day!

Hi, I cannot really recommend Coco Hotel. It is too far away from Sosua Center and too far from the beach. The rooms are very small and simple. Girl is no problem. But sometimes it is loud at night from the neighbour house. It is cheap, but better pay a bit more and stay near center. I would check out Sea breeze Hotel or New Garden Hotel (it has also good breakfast included). Have a great holiday!

Well, I should explain, that was during Corona times, I think may 2022. And international tourism wasnt still open for everybody or very hard to travel. You should maybe check other videos from 2023 or even this year. I liked it there during corona times, because there werent many tourists and it was like a private home where we had the rooms and pool. But, as I said, maybe check out other videos too! I was just looking up resorts in Puerto Plata for our next vacation, and from what I saw about the Crown Residence Suites, I would not take it. The whole idea of only 90 rooms in a resort is not my thing at all. Looking through your video also showed me aspects that help seal that decision for me. I heard, that they sometimes wanna sell apartments there also to visitors, but I was there with my dominican family, they didnt try to sell to us, becasue we have a house in the country anyway. Ich war nach Corona dort, alles wieder normal, langsam kommen auch wieder mehr Touristen, aber es ist nirgendwo überlaufen. Ja, es gibt auch einen Flughafen in Diani bzw. Ukunda,, den man innerhalb einer Stunde von Nairobi aus erreichen kann. Ich hab mehrere Videos dazu gepostet. Zum Hotel nehm ich meistens Uber Taxis und in Diani selbst dann Tuktuks oder Motorradtaxis.

Danke! Ich denke, der Service bei Condor war besser und freundlicher. Aber Condor ist auch teurer als Iberia. Der Vorteil von Deutschland aus ist der Direktflug.

You can buy the ticket just before leaving, but on busy days like weekends or so, sometimes the busses are pretty crowded or even full when you wanna go from Santiago to Puerto Plata or Santo Domingo. You need patience sometimes, but its much cheaper than a taxi

And sometimes the busses are very delayed, depending on the traffic

Well, normally I don't have much to complain in Kenya, because I am mostly happy when there, but I was a bit pissed because the reception guy overcharged me in the beginning, I told him that and sure he knew it, but didn't care, and my Email to the manager was also never answered. Ok, it was only 2K Shilling more, but anyway... The resort itself is awesome and situated in a really amazing garden!

Haha, auch jedes Reisenden mit zwei schweren Rollkoffern, da selten die Rolltreppen funktionieren, sofern sie überhaupt vorhanden sind!

That's not what I meant... is it comparable to hotel europa? Nice basic rooms close to the main areas? Would you recommend it or stay again when in Santo Domingo?

@@copper7187 Well, it is ok for a budget cityhotel, but they have different kind of rooms, I recommend the better ones, otherwise it is very basic. At night you can sit on the rooftop and drink some beers, but the pool cant be used, its tiny and not the cleanest. There is a small shop directly next to the hotel. And of course Santo Domingo is an absolutly different city than small cities in the north. With that traffic next to the hotel you feel like on another planet.. And my driver couldnt even find it, so I left the taxi at the entrance of Conde Street and walked back 2 minutes. Anyway, enjoy!
