I would write a ticket to everyone of those lying idiots without a tag. Everyone has the same story, that it fell off or they didn’t know. They are all doing it so they can run from the cops even when they sometimes decide to stop.

@@NEX1-t7j I just got back from the track and took my plate off, reattached it and didnt torque the bolts properly and the bolts backed themselves out so I'm doing the same thing. But yeah most of these guys think they are slick lol.

riding my son home at night a car dove into my lane almost hitting my bike , the second time he did it i left him at 180 mph he turned on his lights, I pulled over the officer almost hit my bike , i toke my son up under the overpass then proceeded to tell him i will press charges on him for endangering my sons, he asked how fast i was going, i told him180, life he gave me my license back and left said he had another call
I got pulled over 2 days ago in the UK and got a ticket for speeding they said I was clocked at 90 in a 70mph I was riding a 50cc scooter I can hardly do 30

@ara7450 because some roads in the UK allow mopeds and learner riders on to roads with those speed limits You can't go on a motorway with learner plates but a duel garage way with national speed limit in place You can I have a very short section of carriage way near me that's 70mph for the half a mile I use it before it drops to 50mph so I normally get on and before it switches to 50 so I do a bit of my trip on the 70mph section

I have never understood the reason for removing the factory plate bracket? Does it make you go faster? No. Does it make the bike look better? Not really. Does it increase your chance of getting pulled over for a dumbass reason? 5000% yes.
I think the factory plate brackets usually look super ugly, but there are still good options for displaying your plate, and I'd have an aftermarket bracket ready to install before I( take the factory one off.
They have decided it is to get pulled over for no plate than have the cops show up at your house after running from them doing 150+ because you had a tag. Tag ticket is a non-moving violation just a simple fine.
