I hold the record for polishing in lab where I work , 39 dentures in an hour !
great work...!!
it is kind of satisfying....
Quick question, what's the name of the machine you're using?
Thanks in advance
Hi
How do you polish inside of a deep palate when applying the polishing cream? Which of the rag wheel do you use? The big one doesn'tcover the deep surfaces and if I force to polish it, the palatal surfaces of the anterior teeth becomes flat. Also where do you source if you have any small polishing rag wheel?
The make like a cotton polish cone not sure exactly what it's called
Polish the plaster of the palate with a towel after you have boiled the wax out before packing acrylic and use a small brush to pumice the palate you can avoid the teeth , if palate is really deep spin cotton wool onto the end of the spindle into a cone shape taking care not to expose the spindle, hope this helps !
I wish they’d come out with a machine that pumices dentures automatically. This is by far the messiest and most irritating process of any case.
