Do u extract completely in one sitting and deliver the denture? Or periodic extraction, if then what u give for intermediate

We take impressions before extraction and get the dentures made, on the day of extraction the dentures are delivered to the dentist they pull the teeth and insert the denture immediately

Can you make my Husband some! He had a horrible dentist experience where they pulled all his teeth and they couldn’t get him numb. It pulled them anyways and he felt it all. This was in Sept 2020 and still doesn’t not have teeth, imma afraid he’s gonna chrome swallowing everything.
