    Good morning, please let me know the maximum cpu fan height supported by this case model. The CPU fan that came from the factory is not able to keep the processor at adequate temperatures. Please help me.

    3:50 - Question for you. Hello sir, I just purchased a refurb of this computer. I am trying to install a dvdrw optical drive, but the model I purchased did not come with a dummy drive or the green release latch for the 9.5mm optical drive - where can I find the part number and replacement for the green release latch?

    I am trying to upgrade the memory of this device with compatible DDR4 modules, and no matter what, when i replace the original 8gb module with a 16gb one, or add more 8gb modules, i get the memory initialitation error (3 long 2 short beeps). What is wrong? Tried already with 5 working modules and nothing

    I have the same model.. It starts directly when the button in the power plug is turned on.
    There is no need to press the CPU button..
    What would be the problem?

      What HP meant to say is that usually they have an extra pin for the fan. You can use a 3rd party fan by tricking it, there are guides online for that. The heatsink pin layout is usually proprietary so I would say that good thermal paste and a clean case with the stock cooler and fan is the way to go with these units

And i'm not a native english speaker, so i don't know the exact english name for such a pillar used to connect wifi/nvme to chassis, so i don't know what to search on your suggested website...

      HP screw layouts are not usually ATX/MATX/ITX standard. So use the the stock case.

    Это не компьютер это целая проблемма, не возможно переустановить виндовс теперь сижу что делать ни с СД рома ни с флешки не грузится :secure boot selected boot image did not authenticate.
    Чистая виндовс 10 Проф. + новый жесткий диск показвывают параметры диспетчера: Жесктий 90%, нагрузка на ОЗУ 50% это пока не работаешь) очень слабое железо пользователи жалуются что работает медленно мощности не хватает. Это полное разочарование не покупайте это говно!
