You made a good job of fixing those gates, the JCB 3CX Operator has got a bit of skill as well. Shame about the gates but it made a different bit of content for you even if you could have done without it. Keep smiling it’s nearly Christmas and I’m sure Santa wont miss you chimney.
With the revolving door legal system we have here, even if they are caught, the criminals would soon be back on the street to continue their activities

Good repair job. Never seen the chains before, good idea. Lucky they didn't get through and drive all over the fields too. Is this Cambs? See a lot of this in that area.

I often wonder myself how they get away with it. I've lost two 3cx jcb's. The wheels of a 3CX JCB and an Ifor williams trailer. What really pisses me off about the trailer is it took me 6 months to save up for, It had a wheel clamp, locking tow hitch and i'd park the J.C.B next to it and put the rear arm on the trailer and even with that, I had it less then a month before it was stolen. But i can guarantee if i went out and nicked a trailer i'd get caught. It aways seems to be the hard workers who suffer while the dishonest are off having a wonderfull time of it with nothing to lose even if they are caught.
Not joyriders , not shop lifters , ..... thieves, nothing more , should be dealt wuth by branding them as such . Stop playing games with them. Rules are for decent law abiding people, they list those rights when they broke the law .
