Admittedly, my philosophy is it's better to have and not need than to need and not have. However it's probably $500,000 down the drain. He'll never need it. I mean there's always a possibility, but extremely unlikely. Just a toy to make him feel safe. In the event of a nuclear blast, for example, 90% of these aren't deep enough and besides fallout could last for years. In other cases it's not like the enemy couldn't locate your bunker and blow it up.
Put one of thes in your property instead of a visible house above ground, and save a crap ton you didn’t have to spent on property taxes! Put a shipping container indoor farm or a secure warehouse full of grow towers above ground and get a Gov farm subsidy to grow food for sale. Supply local restaurants or commercial food companies with fresh produce, and sell any surplus at a local Farmer’s Market.
That's a shipping container that they're selling as a bunker lot after bullshit why don't they tell you the square footage 8or9 by 45 maybe 50 bunkers are traps death traps
No what's happening is people watch the tube all day and have to much time and money to stop and think😅 about what to spend it on. Waste of money that could of helped a lot of people.
900 gallons? That wouldn't last too long with 4 people showering regularly. And I would've put the tanks overhead so they'll gravity feed if you lose power. A couple of exercise bikes hooked up to generators would hurt either.
If you used water like you do in everyday life, you'd be correct. But, you ration water. A short splash shower once a week at best. And you flush a toilet once or twice a week.
@@Rlazalier actually you can utilize your excrements if your smart enough making it a useful cycle to your grow for fertilizer and ammonia extraction along with minerals that your body doesn't end up processing to continue the fertilization processes
In the future why not use a quality wood workbench for the gun room? The granite would get chipped and scratched constantly from the applications in that room.
Have the entrance linked to the basement of a house being built and have it secret. Integrate the bunker's air intake& exhaust along with wiring/cables etc. Add a couple of exterior water tanks collecting rain water 'cause 900 gallons won't cut it ... Run out of water, and you are helpless. Also, by having a hidden sub basement, all supplies you need to live can be scurried away.. a year's worth of food takes up a LOT of space..
So nice. I’ll never be able to afford one this size but I hope to own and have one installed in the future. The peace of mind for me and my children is everything to me.
Nice thing about these is that all the neighborhood knows when one of these is installed as there is no way to hide those crane trucks and the digging equipment.🤫
would really like full length normal videos. I don't watch shorts. just watched this one to comment this, cause you've been putting so many out lately.
I don't get why the big safe door is on the gun room, I get it protects your guns but it also slows you down from getting them unless you are supposed to hide in the gun room for safety but if they get in your bunker it's game over anyway.
If you ever need a nice challenging spot to bury a test bunker IM GAME!!!!!! You can tear my yard up and rig that whole thing🤣 ill be the “urban poster child of atlas” 🤣🤣🤣 got me a title and everything I was thinking it would be nice to include spare parts for all the dehumidifiers the sink bathroom etc it would suck to have a safe zone w fresh air but everyone has to sgit on the floor because a gasket wore out or a condenser fan blew… mark it up too😈
You do not need all that. It’s nice to have it. But it’s not necessary if you know how to prepare for CBRN attack. Find Vets and pick their brains on how to build a bunker. Won’t be luxurious but will be better than nothing.
This one at least has a better shower, and where does the water from the decon shower go just on to the floor or is there a drain and a septic system or does it have a waste water treatment system?
So it’s like burying a double wide trailer in the ground? You paid half a million for a trailer bro lol. I can make this shit in better quality for cheaper. I bet that charged at least 50k just to dig the hole didn’t they? Hell I can get crackhead Ricky to dig the hole for $50. If I let him use the excavator he’ll get it done in an hour. This is crazy dude, half a mill for this
lmao exactly. 30 years below ground and you come up see nothing because all other people are dead or in hidden bunkers. 🤣. I'd rather watch the fireworks than be trapped in a metal box.
In the old days they dis it as simple as possible, with no mechanical heaters, pumps, anything that could break down and cause your death. I think they build a small pipe sticking up for air, a water tank above, etc.. ours had walls with shelves packed with preserved food that my grandparents made.
The one we had was Nothing like this in size or amenities. A 12 x 10ft "cellar" below the house with an outside entrance. More like a storm cellar equipped for "contingency."
I think this is all just a huge man-cave disguised as something useful so the wife lets them have it. "Hi darling, where is your husband?" "Oh we had a fight, he's been in the bunker since thursday"
Maybe not the best of choices to have the escape tunnel in a locked vault because if for some reason the door becomes damaged and or the person or persons who know the code are not able to imput the code, all occupants become vulnerable
I hate being poor lol
Me too😢

The nice thing about these bunkers is they can always seal them in from above and never have to worry about them again
Most have tunnels that lead far away
Better hope those solar panels don’t get knocked out and the locks aren’t smart locks lol
Lmao ! There must be 100 hacks on getting into them ! It gonna be like 👍
What happens when the 900 gallons of water is gone
Y’all just jelly
I would live in that year round!

I agree, unless you have some kind of recirculation system this isn't enough water to last years.

Cheaper than townhome in Canada!
Is the air circulated or exchanged with fresh air from the outside. Recycled air or fresh.

Not a bad price considering what you get for 500k in britan that wouldn't get you a small flat in some towns
Much bigger than 90% of UK houses at that price lol

Because it's so hard to say "Decontamination" .
What happens if there's a national flooding. Will this bunker still be functional?
