Oh man Aunty Sonya I’m soooo jealous!!! I started my no meat/dairy journey two weeks ago and could really use a restaurant like that in my area. Chinese food is one of my favorites and to get a similar taste without meet...😩. What is the “chicken” is it mushrooms??
After I finished watching the video I had to come back and tell you the way you plated the leftovers with the dishes from the Asian Market looked beautiful.
I think the chicken is made from mushrooms, but the taste is unbelievable.

Some dishes are made from tofu, mushrooms, and other vegetables. The taste is so good, a person would never know it's all vegetables if you did not tell them. My brother had some this weekend and stated he is hooked.
