Most welcome dear
Thank you very much 👍😄👏💐🙏
You are most welcome
I wouldn't use white sugar, maple sugar or raw honey be better
Hiw much water used not mentioned..
How much?
Can any one say?
Honing loses its properties when heated over 40 celsius, other than that goodvideo
I don't know why, but whenever i see people complain about 'too much sugar' in the comments i think that they're going to eat the whole preparation in one sitting. I personally would take 1 - 2 cough candies per day or only one when needed . 🤔
You made me laugh 🤭
Wouldn't you be able to coat the end product in cinnamon instead of sugar. Thank you for the video
Hi, never thought that way. Seems like a great idea!!
Thank you ❤️😊 for sharing your time and recipe 🙂💗 I'm going to be doing this for the ppl I love this October and the winter time months.! Now, I'm just wondering, would they all stick together if they were placed in a plastic little bag with a 🎀 ribbon around them ? Or should I just use a box.? To put them in as a gift.? 🎁
Hello, how thoughtful of making this for your loved ones. Yes they are sticky and but you can wrap them individually and then place in a jar. Hope this helps
I substitute the sugar to mink fruit
It would be great help if you share how yours turns out. I have never tried it with monk fruit yet.
Doesn’t the healing property of honey go away after so much heat?
Hi, yes Honey is not supposed to be heated but I found these cough drops healing and much better results than bottled medicines with preservatives not ideal for health. 💛
I tried making these a couple of times following the steps but they don't solidify, they stay kind of a sticky liquid. Any suggestions as to why they won't harden at all?
Hi, they does stay little soft but not absolute sticky, it works great for soar throat though
@@BublisWorldCuisine a bit soft is fine, but mine stay liquid like a puddle, they cannot be picked up. Any idea why?
@@jamiecameron8672 cook a little longer. When drop in water, it should be a little past soft ball stage.
Can I use half a cup of honey instead of half cup of sugar?
Hi, I never tried these lozenges with that combination; not sure really 🤔. Let me know if it works.
Would the same amount of honey work the same to replace the sugar?
Yes, or sorghum
Clove powder ,where can I get this mam?
Hi, it’s usually available at Asian groceries. If you can’t find the powder, you can always buy whole cloves and make powder of it.
loaded with sugar
Exposing honey to high temperatures, destroys all the nutrients
Nice but mold are big ,better small
Problem is the amount of sugar put into these drops!!!
Get a life ... they are cough sweets!
A cough drops base is a sugar candy. That is the only way to make it so if you don’t want that much sugar find a cough syrup recipe instead. But she made a nice recipe
The won't solidify into hard drops without it. Cough drops are candy and candy requires sugar to solidify.
I buy sugar free cough drops all the time and have for years so the fact that it needs sugar is not true you just have to figure out what to use instead.
is that ok to heat/ boiled the honey?
Yes, when honey sets on your shelf & begins to crystallize you always heat it to dissolve & bring back to liquid form.
Honey is a natural substance. It's completely ok to boil or heat it or put it in hot cup of water.
No
No
Honey isn't vegan tho
Terrible recipe, because sugar is super bad for you.
honey turns poisonous when you cook it
Explain why?
BS
If that was the case the cinnamon rolls wouldn't be eatable
