Wow...nice wheels! Keep on "upgrading" and before long you'll be Farmer Hollis! Kidding ,of course, I know from my FFA training that's no fun (24/7/365) while gardens need work they aren't as demanding as a farm(which is why so many have left that calling). Keep up with your plans and dreams...and thanks for letting us couch taters tag along! God Bless!
Oh yes, hobby farming is so much easier than a real farm👍
I appreciate you and your family sharing with each of us what’s going on at your homestead! Looking forward to some of the updates on your fruit trees and garden! Thank you for taking the time to share.
You will see lots of updates this year as well as fruit trees and vegetables from the garden👍
Looking forward to your new gardening videos this year!
Vegetable videos coming out this year👍
Thanks for your answer...I hadn't thought of "hobby farming" before as an alternative, but you made me remember the joy and satisfaction that comes from the passion of "being with nature" real (old time) homesteading instills versus the drudgery of the "modern" farming and ranching creates with the financial and production demands. You and Nancy are wise people. Bless you both for sharing your journey and passions with us.(and opening these old eyes to better times and memories!)
The homestead looks so beautiful. It will be great seeing more videos from you and Nancy. I too had a busy year. I made 3 Quilts of Valor and presented them in January to my three Viet Nam era brothers. I lost my middle younger brother in March. It was a tough year. Sending Love from South Louisiana and Praying that you dear folks have a blessed year.
So sorry for your loss of your dear brother. Grief is a very hard journey.
I've missed you guys! It's almost planting season here in middle Tennessee. I keep thinking, "what would Hollis do?".
Glad to see you back. Looking forward to seeing your gardens.
Gardens coming soon❤️
Can’t wait until you start posting gardening videos! I miss them.
We are working on them now❤️
Looks like it will be very versatile for you.

We bought one just like Hollis's based on his recommendation.....we could not be happier!!!!
We are so blessed to have you and Don as neighbors. We love you ❤️
Nice atv Hollis, that thing will serve you well.
God bless your family. And thank you for your information and knowledge about gardening
Love your new tractor and your trusty companion in the passenger seat!

Welcome back❤️
Can't wait to see all your 2020 content!
Stay tuned, lots coming your way❤️
so happy to see the abundance of the Master, He is forever faithful.Enjoy. Ps.37:4 Delight yourself in the LORD, and He will give you the desires of your heart.
Amen!
Your doggy is living his best life😊
He is so happy🐶❤️🐶❤️🐶❤️
An RTV is real nice. I have one, but a tractor, which I also have, is way more useful IMHO. If I could only have one it would be my Kubota tractor with a front end loader.
I have both also. A 2021 Kubota L2501 and a 2022 RTV 1120 diesel. The tractor is absolutely a work horse. But the RTV is the one I take to the hunting camp. It’s an incredible mix of work and play.
We aren't going anywhere! Can't wait to see what you all have coming for us.
I am so happy for you & Nancy getting to have all these nice things....your dream is my dream too! I am happy as I am, even though I don't have your dream, the LORD gave me (last Summer) enough money to be able to live good enough for me. I have struggled every since I retired & he gave me money coming in on a regular basis, enough that I am very satisfied! Praise GOD for his blessings. Hugs, Judie
Amen😇
Good luck with the Kubota. Looking forward to seeing your new videos.
Lots of videos coming this year👍
So jealous of you guys... I have 16.5 Acres but the wife and I still both work full time... for 2 more years. Have accomplished a lot over the years... but nothing like I could if I could devote myself full time... so looking forward to being able to homestead full time.
Enjoy your journey all along the way👍
I used to haul kubota out of Gainesville Ga
Good to see you with a vehicle that can keep up with you! I imagine you had a nice send off for the old golf cart, it gave you its all, but you have outgrown it.
Very nice machine!
Looking forward to the garden. I'm in SFL and have been experimenting with Tabasco peppers a few others.
Take care!
Love it
Y'all s property is so beautiful! Having a working Florida Farm is very exciting especially with all the farm animals! Awesome videos! Blessings!
Thank you! We are so blessed to be living our dream. The homestead is really coming to life now and showing it’s beauty. Lots of videos coming this year from the new homestead. Hope you like them❤️
Awesome....We were trying to figure out whether to go with a mule like you have, or a golf cart… We’re on 15 acres in Crystal River.
I would definitely go with the mule. I eventually killed my little golf cart. 15 acres is a lot bigger than the little golf cart could handle
20 acres Weeki Wachee here, have a 2015 Kubota X900 work site, hydraulic dump and a 4k winch in front, love this little guy, no issues at all yet. Service it my self.
God bless your 2020. Bing Bing loves the Katbota as much as you. Can't wait for the garden video to come. Thanks.....
Lots of garden videos scheduled for release this year 👍
One of those babies are a necessity with a large property if you ask me. Love your videos and your channel
We absolutely could not operate the homestead without it 👍
excellent and ye you needed that puppy, thanks for sharing
I was wondering how long the golf cart was going to last.. Good choice on RTV
Good review! I have a 2007 Kubota RTV900 and love it. Like you I upgraded the coast valve to slow down at a reasonable rate. I'm surprised Kubota hasn't fixed this as of your model!
Where do you get the coast valve? Is there a kit?
@@chopperx01 kubota dealers carrys them
Amazing RTV !! I’m looking forward to see all videos in a near future all the best 🙏
Stay tuned every week. Lots of new videos coming each Thursday. Starting in March we will be releasing new videos on Thursday and Sunday each week 👍
Looking forward to seeing some planting to harvest videos.
We are working on them. You will see them this year
That is great you will really enjoy it Happy New Year
I am happy for both of yaw that thing is nice.
very nice and helpful for you with all the tasks you have planned.
Hollis loves it, it's as tough as him. LOL
Now that you are a Kubota family, Take a look at Paul and Kathy Short. Great Kubota videos.
Kabota is a Great product. "For Earth For Life" is their slogan. LAND PRIDE ATTACHMENTS They are the most compatible with Kabota equipment. (Kabota owns Land Pride).
Happy new year..Sretna nova godina.. Schönes neues Jahr
Very nice piece of equipment. At first I thought, That's overkill, but should rarely be put beyond it's limitations, therefore last you a good number of years. The one thing I wonder, is there a hydraulic kit you could add to that dump body? We ain't getting any younger, and that thing full has got to be heavy to manually lift. In regards to your garden, I have always admired your garden in Virginia. Nice and neat, clean, (bet my bottom dollar) perfectly square, with all those plants in perfectly straight rows, standing tall and singing "We're all in our places, with bright shiny faces!" I simply can't wrap my head around, your new garden being measured in "Acres" instead of "feet"!!! I'm along for the ride! Thank you, Mark
Yes there is a hydraulic lift kit available for the bed👍. Yes, LOL, the garden complex is detailed out nicely. I think you will like it❤️
A new garden complex,,,,, the days are getting longer,,,,, and ONLY 70 days til' the first day of Spring! This is truly a good day! Now if the Vikings can beat the 49ers today,,,, well, that would just be the icing on the cake!! (it's my dream, I can have it as Big as I want). LOL. Thanks again my friend. Mark
Thanks for the info.
Hey guys! I just wanted to suggest that you see if they make a hydraulic lift rod for that dump bed. I have one on my Polaris, and it's real nice not to have to lift a lot of weight by myself. Great video as always!
👍
Hey! I have missed you two. I have not been getting your videos. That's weird.

Can you get a hitch on back for box to drag driveways?
yeah you can get a tow hitch even a 3point hitch kits from tractor optional
Great tool for the homestead
It is an absolute must for us👍
Would be helpful to make a HOW TO video on the coast valve. Parts and install.
Thank you.
Yes sir it would Unfortunately that is beyond my capabilities. 😂😂. It was better for me to have the vendor mechanics install it for my unit.
@@HollisNancysHomestead
Ok. Thank you for the reply.
Yes sir. I think the installation was less than $200 if I remember correctly.
Nice vehicle (Enjoy)
Love car gas
WHat kind of weight is it rated to tow
Marin
Where in fla are you? How many acres?
how much did this cost from what state are you
We are in Florida. Please contact your local Kubota Dealer for pricing❤️
Was the driveway always red dirt?
No. I had to haul in the red clay and spread it to create a driveway. It has worked very well for me but it does require some maintenance
It just occurred to me, do you use the charcoal from your burnpit in the garden?
No, but we use it from our fireplace
💖💖💖
Hydraulic or electric bed is the only way to go
🎉❤😍😊
