I don’t think so, if you link your bank account (not debit card) it should work as well but I haven’t tried it that way since I’ve always had my card linked.

If you mean how to find the bitcoin address for your Cash App account - on the Bitcoin page there is a button called "Deposit Bitcoin" where it shows you the bitcoin address in your Cash App account.
Are you asking about paying taxes on your bitcoin transactions? If you only bought and held bitcoin there shouldn’t be any tax implications. If you sold then you would need to claim the gain or loss on your taxes

I’ve used cash app for $1k, $2k, up to $5k buys without issue. But limits can be different for different folks based on account history I think
