A wonderful talk and contributions, was a bit surprised at the last point about how the party might become a dictatorship. Agree that it’s necessary for workers to control society. What is missing is a thoroughly insistence about democracy. One of the biggest problems we face is the undemocratic nature of the trade union movement. A rank and file democracy is essential. And that needs to be stressed. It’s part of the SWP`s tradition, the rank and file controlling the leadership. Equally the members of the party controlling the Prince.
