That appears to be a buzz coil in place of a mag. Ingenious! I like the cart…the wheels look like the ones on my very, very old Cincinnati railroad station baggage cart

Thanks. My dad rigged up the coil back in the 80's. The wheels are indeed from a 1920's railroad cart!
