Thanks Kay... such a helpful video. I got one at Walmart very similar to yours (mine has a floral ceramic top), and I love it. For the price, I was amazed at the quality and features. I've seen more expensive diffusers that were not as nice, with all plastic parts and limited features (such as no way to freeze on a color, and only one continuous mist setting). This one is so attractive... not cheap looking... and does everything I want it to do. Thanks for your video... it helped me make a decision I don't regret (and I seem to have so few of those... lol).

Did you get it open I been trying to lift it up but I can’t get it off ?
It feels like there is a bit of a suction on it. I had to give it a slight twist then lift gently. Hope this helps.🙂
Scent button has 3 levels …every press of a button does something else. Care to elaborate on that, please ? Thank you

Mine did the most for a good few minutes then it stopped misting. So I know it no longer works.
Same how do I fix it ?
It probably just needs to be cleaned which is real easy.

Great video! Do you happen to still have the instruction manual for this? I have one that is similar from Walmart. I haven’t used it for a while so I’ve forgotten how to set it on high, medium, low and 30 second intermittent. Thanks!

Mines is not misting but if you remove the plastic insert it mists with no scent.. it’s a disaster 😢
Sounds like a defective one. Perhaps contacting the company about a replacement or exchanging it at the store may help. Let me know how it goes. -thanks for the comment! 🙌
