    You got a good deal Amazon are not selling it now direct but marketplace seller is selling it for £226! It's a great design for hotels for cleaning public areas where you need a few bits for wiping around tables etc too. I think the foreign plug is on it because it seemed to be mainly sold in France from what I can see online.

    I see this Henry as being good for the home too. The carrying handle and large wheels would make carrying up and down stairs much easier than carrying completely in the hands. The box would be handy too for polish and dusters etc. As long as you have a decent sized storage cupboard then you're good with this.

    Very interesting tub-sucker, Roger! Love the tool caddy. Reminds me how much I miss the old tool carriers that cylinder cleaner makers used to provide with their machines. We can’t even buy one as an optional accessory anymore. Would be nice if Miele and Sebo and TTI and Dyson started to offer a nice plastic carrying case that would store all the tools and attachments and filters and bags. I can dream, can’t I?

    Yes, of course this is a German or European two pinned plug. The people of Switzerland have got a three pinned plug, which looks basically the same as the German with another pin in the middle.

    Thanks for letting me know. Did the scuffs on the top polish out? I wonder if someone had it upside down on a rough surface. Love your videos, and your new kitchen floor is so elegant! Classy as I would expect.

    • @ibaisaic
      @ibaisaic  Před 6 lety +2

      Yes, a bit of Autoglym car polish disgused the scuffs. The new kitchen floor replaced a very thin cheap vinyl that used to stick to the nozzles of various vacuums, but this Amtico floor is much more durable.

    hi roger i was wondering would it be good for saw dust after drilling and jigsawing like in a workshop cos someone told me there better then the ones that you have a cylinder hoover that you dont need to keep emptying it every day but im not sure that is why i wont you to answer it

    • @ibaisaic
      @ibaisaic  Před 6 lety

      Yes it could be used as a workshop vac, but you can get some workshop vacuums that incorporate a socket for a power tool and can connect directly to the tool to remove the dust as you are sanding or cutting wood.

  • @tomwheat1853
    @tomwheat1853 Před 5 lety +2

    With them 2 pin plugs, if they have an earthing strip they have to go in a certain way I believe

    • @dglcomputers1498
      @dglcomputers1498 Před 5 lety +2

      Only on the French version with the stick out pin in the socket for earthing, the german version with top/bottom schultzkontact can go in either way round, i.e. un-polarized. Usually earthed devices are sold with a 7/7 german French hybrid plug as that will work for most of Europe, esp. as some countries are starting to switch over from their local standards where possible as it makes things a lot easier.
