I like to play singles-doubles-paradiddles in sextuplets. The paradiddles turn things around so that the next grouping is left hand lead. I also change the order to doubles-singles-paradiddles, so I can work on the transition from singles to paradiddles, which I found was a weakness for me.

Great lesson from a great player, but please remember the audio is super imbalanced, when you play it's extremely loud, when you talk it's extremely quiet, making it difficult to hear the lesson uninterrupted
