This is what apple does when new phones comes out to decrease older iPhones power consumption drain faster . They need to get it fix
Actually, iOS 17 is so bad that even newer iPhones are suffering from battery drain.
bro i know its not relevant but like i have the 14 pro max and my battery health was 100% the whole time while i had iOS 16. After downloading iOS 17, a week later my battery health fell down to 98%, my iPhone also feels like its draining battery WAY faster than what it used to.

Yo Floss! I just did the software update on my iPhone 14 pro to IOS 17. As soon as I did it, my phone battery dies almost twice as fast. Apple is really out here killin phones just so people will upgrade. Which android should I go for? I’m done with Apple ✌🏾

It is not that apple does that on purpose, it is just that new and beta os are expected to have such problems, we can only hope for patches soon.

This is ridiculous. I’ve did most of this awhile ago my battery is good on my iPad, downloaded iOS 17 and the battery life is drastically cut down. I’m never buying an apple device ever again why do they do this man they get so much money anyway. I’m really upset right now about my battery I paid hundreds of dollars for it to turn to shit a few years later, every single time this type of shit happens to us. Apple is so greedy holy fuck
