- In this video we show our new and improved larger bonnet graphic for the Land Rover Defender. Some people have commented that the standard bonnet graphic looks a little short on the bonnet so we have designed our own vinyl graphic... watch and see ! Great videos! Suggestion for wet application is to spray both the vehicle and the vinyl this allows things to release easier and makes getting air bubbles and creases out much easier mate!

We had a few customers comment the JLR one looked short... so i dont think we can take all the credit....

Much better than the 'genuine' one, fits in better with the lines and the chequer plating.
Looks good - I think the longer one looka better than the shorter one - and the front looks absolutely great with the winch behind the Bull Bar and the the hook end hidden begind the number plate - can't wait for that video to upload.

Hello, I not not have a Landrove and unfortunately do not think I will ever have the money for one. But I think your right your bonnet graphic does look better.
Installed! It looks great and was LIGHTYEARS easier to wet apply than the LR dry one. The corners were not perfectly cut, but it’s not particularly noticeable on the car

Yes this is the plan ! rear work lights already figured out... front ones still looking at options
Hiya next time use a wall paper steamer/ stripper it genuinely makes the job of removing a peace of cake . Your paint remains perfectly intact . I use one to remove old aircraft vinyl decals regularly with no problems. Its the future . Try it next time you will not regret it 😉

I did - its my car !! when we did it woith the heat on the D4 the decal was so well stuck it took the paint off !

@@jefferywilliams1746 No it went pretty well and no need to use heat so I am pretty happy with the result.
That’s better Simon....sell it to JLR now! I have yet to be brave enough to cover my bonnet airbag panel because whilst I got some vinyl, I cannot work out if it is wet or dry apply and a test bit used dry seemed to stick like mad instantly...could I ever get it off again? I need some vinyl stickerage instructions!!! 😨😃😃😃

Hi Simon. Can you possibly do a video on how to upgrade and or change a headlight bulb on a 2013 up RANGE ROVER Vogue. Their is nothing on the interwebs and I feel you could do this justice as the manual says visiting the dealership. Also, if you were to sell upgraded bulbs, that we could trust were “ Powerfuluk” quality, I’m sure that they would sell well. Thanks in advance. Ken Wheeler. 👍🏼
it would of been nice to see the b4 and after, looking 4ward to see the winch in action, u need to pull different stuff and different weights, put it thru its paces
Yes I plan to go "out on the pull" soon but need some winch training before hand... they strike me a potential dangerous bits of kit !

Yes you did, and it was brilliant, especially the bit when he cut through the wiring loom.
He said at the start of this video it will take him a full day to edit it together. So it is yet to come.
I am editing it now.... its a monster with 40 video clips to try and stitch together ....
Been waiting for the winch videos to finish for over a week. Thought you had the bat eating virus or something.
Well we did have a scare with one staff family member and it took ages for the test to come back... that and the final part of the winch to ages !

You should make one for the discovery sport? Love the one for the defender, discovery 3/4 and freelander 2. I've always filed the disco sport has lacked in accessories and aftermarket modifications etc...

Simon;why not innovate a bit ?: in the 110 or 90 space, maybe a RED WHARFBAY map (like in S90HUE) or maybe all the Center Steer S1, S2, S3, Stage One, Stage Two and L316 silhouettes depending onthe variant in 88, 90 the silhouettes of the Series in 90 and silhouettes in 109 and 110 in the 110. I know this is off topic but does anyone know why the New Defender is sold in America and Australia with a Tow Bar receiver but in the UK and South Africa with a deployable or removable tow bar.
Hi - you can order any of the hitch types you like - they are all for sale by Land Rover. I think it is just what is approved in each region / what is popular that dictates what you see at the dealer. LEt me know if you need any part numbers for a certain type.
how do i clean the decal? i park near a tree and it drips juice onto my defender, it's hard to clean
Good question - you need to clean it as normal then you can use some "back to black" that will make it shiny and also stop dirt sticking to it - give it a try
why couldn't you just make an extension to end with some slightly spaced lines or something instead of removing the one you have put on.
We were aiming this product at people with no graphic really...

Yes we have had no issues ! pressure wash / car wash / sun etc

Those fonts dont match, you could try and get it 100% the same, but most people wont notice?

put a piece of cloth on the edge of your scraper
Yes a felt scraper would be better !
I highly encourage this as the scraper left marks on my decal.
