    I bolted a flat steel on both sides of a piece of rubber and welded pins on my quad blade so I can put on and take off the rubber easily. I do a couple long driveways and its wonderful having that rubber on. Great video man!

      Thanks man! Happy to hear it’s all working well, Iv heard the same from a lot of others who haven’t had any issues yet, hopefully they hold up for a very long time.

    This is the fastest plowing I have ever seen.
    And then I myself have worked with plowing for 40 years
    How fast did you drive? 200km / h.
    I think Lewis Hamilton would be jealous when he sees this high speed

      Iron Baltic now comes with an G2 1800mm V-plow. Works great on any 1000cc, and if you add 2-300kg on the ATV you can plow almost anything. We plowed 40cm of wet snow last year and it was like a hot knife in butter.

    Seems the power to weight of the narrow setup more than makes up for the clean up time after the big pushes.

      I haven’t had to much of a problem with snow going over because I stand up when I’m plowing so the snow usually just goes over the handlebars. But I would agree they help some people out. I feel like the snow throws better without them on but I’m sure it’s not to much of a difference.

    • @Dale.Nienow
      @Dale.Nienow Před 5 lety +2

      Auto Pilot thanks for the reply, it also helps from the snow falling behind the plow then plowing deep snow like in your case. I stand up also especially backing up don't want to back into something.

    • @AutoPilotMT
      @AutoPilotMT  Před 4 lety +3

      As long as it moves snow and gets the job done ain’t nothing wrong with basic straight plows 👍 less moving parts.

      @DieselMechanic30 Před 4 lety +1

      That’s what I have on my 19 Foreman and it does the job, just moved 10” of wet snow this morning, only thing I don’t care for it getting off to Turn it but I saved 3k so 🤷🏻‍♂️

    How many driveways you can plow per hour ??
    Nice job well done.

    • @AutoPilotMT
      @AutoPilotMT  Před 3 lety +1

      Depends on the complexity of the driveway and snow depth your plowing but you can easily get quite a few more done then a regular straight plow.

  • @Terk131
    @Terk131 Před 4 lety +2

    How eep of snow can you plow with this plow and does it get right down to the asphalt cause im in a lake effect area and thinking of a similar setup to Do my driveway and a few elders driveways.

    • @AutoPilotMT
      @AutoPilotMT  Před 4 lety +1

      Depth of snow really depends on the weight of the machine. More weight and power the better. Most I have plowed is 18-24 inches slushy on bottom powder on top. Did some relief cuts and got down to asphalt. For an ATV it’s the best plow out their that I have used. On driven over and packed down snow it won’t get to asphalt because it’s a floating plow with no hydraulic down pressure but it has a good amount of weight to it.

  • @kenirving5268

    Were you in float mode? Steel edge? How well can it scrape driveways? Lets say to remove packed snow from traffic?

    • @AutoPilotMT
      @AutoPilotMT  Před 2 lety

      Float mode yes, sometime I lifted it up a touch to take a relief cut. Steel edge yes. Does great if the driveway hasn’t been compacted by traffic. Doesn’t scrape packed snow it will just float over it.

    • @AutoPilotMT

      I got a head start on our bobcat that was stuck at another site, so I took the ATV over there to see how much I could get done before he showed up.

      Auto Pilot MT no dealer has eta on when 2021 will arrive. Also ones that have shown sold. And dealers i called ones that are do to arrive in october are spoken for. I picked up a 2020 yesterday. Deer season is coming as well and i got a awesome deal on it so i couldnt resist. 😂 i hope at least if i have a issue i can buy parts to upgrade them so no longer any.

    Decent video for what I saw I gave up on it after 3 mins. Mount the camera higher got sick of watching snow roll over the top of the plow, seemed like a decent plow set up though
