The game is so unoptimized though, that it takes double or even triple the time to start and shut down lol
I've had zero issues myself even with 24+ hours of playing it. Wife's laptop no issues as well, and none from my iphone.

For me the only thing that Wuthering Waves does better is the Gameplay but when it comes to story and graphics it's still Genshin Impact.
Graphically similar, but WuWa has better fidelity IMO. Story, it's way too early to tell when the game just launched.
Hard to compare four years of story vs one patch. You can say genshin mondstadt story was good but was it really? It was a honeymoon experience and people were more interested in the world itself rather than the story. From paimon knowing about the anemo god that hasn’t show himself for years yet you’re supposed to look for him? Then storm terror showing up in monsdtadt and throwing around some tornados that literally did nothing. I can point out so many things about the story that was just childlike and not really good storytelling but just easy to digest.
I’m quite sure people are judging wuwa at higher standard than they did with genshin too.
@@crash5758 nah let's be real GI story at the start was complete dogshit. If we compare GI 1.0 to WuWa 1.0 especially. GI story was really bad at that time. WuWa current story is probably on the same level as Liyue's story.
@@LittleFattyGaming I was being generous but it really was a cookie cutter story. I was more interested in the world and the bits of lore you find while exploring than the story itself
