I can’t believe you don’t seem to put Loctite on anything you install in your videos

I've owned five Harley touring models from 2006 to 2018... The least mileage I put on one was 62,000 The most was 143,000.... I have never had the factory shift linkage break. If you need to fill people full of shit to make CZcams videos maybe you should get into real estate?

Just speaking from experience, if it wasn’t an issue these parts wouldn’t be on the market.

@@JonsMotorcycles they are on the market because they are c&c cut and two color bling.... Like every bolt on doodad.... It's not because the original equipment breaks.

I traded off an 09 Ultra Classic that I put 96,000 on and never changed or had the shift linkage break!!! The fancy ones are purely cosmetic.

Haven't ever had it happen to me either but a quick search of Harley forums would suggest it is fairly common on the touring bikes especially. Just because you've never experienced it doesn't mean its not a common problem, dunno why you are so aggressively negative to somebody discussing a fix for it.
