I plugged out all my USB connectors, but still nothing change...I cant uninstall McAfee

I can open the uninstaller but it says that i couldn't unistall the mcafee because the program is running, the only program that is running is the mcuicnt.exe...but i cant close it for more than 1 second... It keeps popping up

At the 2nd step when uninstalling McAfee after downloading MCPR and waiting for the filesbto be removed. It says "view logs ". Instead of install complete incomplete uninstallation

@Judi Boyd UPDATE: I ended up taking my laptop to a computer tech. I didn't know whether or not I had a virus , and being that my HP laptop is outdated. (Windows 8). I needed to get it checked out. He charged me $45 to run some tests. It was clean. He managed to get that darn pop-up message off of the screen. By simply going to the computer settings control panel , click on programs, and click uninstall a program . Once you find the program that you want to uninstall, right-click and uninstall. I hope that helps. I did the same exact thing before I went there. For some reason, it didn't work for me. I could've saved $45 🤣🤣🤣
