    This is such a stressful job, we have a new leader (BU CEO) and I’m new to this role here, so there are a lot of changes going on. I’m finding it hard to delegate w/o knowing exactly what to delegate

      Congratulations on the new role! Deciding what to delegate can be a challenge. Alignment with your responsibilities and the quarterly goals is important. You could try looking up the Eisenhower Matrix as a helpful tool.
