Once again, an awesome review of this fragrance. I just purchased this fragrance the beginning of December 2022. I live 40 miles outside of Atlanta Ga and I absolutely love it and wore it 7 days straight. I put directly on skin out the morning shower. It last all day. It is not a crowd pleaser, however, you be noticed.
Hey Aaron fantastic review as usual! I’d love to see you review a not so talked about fragrance from this house. Memoir Man. It is one of those fragrances that completely evolves as it wears, and is a very underrated creation from this house imo.
I only wear this on special occasions, when I do wear it, it fills the room & everyone compliments me. It stays on my skin for days and on my clothes for about a week (even after a wash). Top fragrance & top review.
I have a funny story for you ... I bought Amouage Interlude after buying a sample and loved it. So I started wearing it to work ... Problem is, I worked in an office and I didn't realise you were only meant to use 1/2 sprays ... I used 4/5 ... Everyone was so British at my office that no one said anything, but my manager got me moved over to the other side where I was by myself after about a week. It was only when I got a gf and she got in my car after I sprayed my normal 4/5 sprays and she was like "what the F are you wearing, that's offesnive to my nostrils" and the penny dropped ... My 4/5 sprays caused a pregnant lady at work to literally run away from me. 1 or 2. No more.

I'd also love recommendations on (5) of favourite daring and filthy fragrances including any of your creations that would screams sexy on a man in his early 30s especially for the upcoming seasons.
This is the fragrance that defines Beast Mode. I own it. Love it in cold weather. Spot on, not for everyone, but sure is for me and that's why I wear it. Looking forward to your next review.

As all ways great review and presented in a way to understand what is happeing with fragrance. For us who have simple nose which operates on two frequencies - smells good or smelles bad, this in depth review hellp us to explore fragrance with our brain, as we cant with our smell.:)
Would love to see you review some of the women’s offerings from Amouage - Interlude, Memoir and Epic are my favourites. I find them to be more complex than their male counterparts but would love to hear your opinions!
“Gift of Kings”, Amouage’s Interlude Man is the combination of the gifts the three wise men gave to baby Jesus: Gold; Frankincense and Myhrr. The top to the Interlude Man bottle is Gold, The heart notes of the fragrance are Frankincense and Myhrr 😀
This is a beautiful and amazing fragrance. It is always a bit different experience on me at times. I don't get a consistency of what to expect. That is the negative about my bottle. Some wears, it is dam smoky and really resinous, and at other times I find it really soft and sweet, it'll just hover around my skin and not be present after about 6 hours. At other times I get some sort of butter feel or smell from it. It is strange as it is the only one of my many bottles where my wearings always differ.
Surprised you didn't pick up more of the Oregano accord. On my skin it is a very Oregano forward scent. Lasts 12 hours easy as well. Very different from other fragrances and quite unique imo.
This is the fragrance I hold in highest regard. Interlude is what started my “fragrance journey “ and collecting. It’s absolutely fantastic. Everytime I smell it I’m transported to another time in my life. Back to my prime years and the Mideast.
I would love your view on the high-end fragrances from Roja Parfums, like the Parfum De La Nuit and Haute Luxe collection. Loving your videos and to see you grow in front of the camera is such a bliss!

I just got mine today it was a blind buy and idk how I feel about it it definitely smells middle eastern very spicy but I think it’s slowly growing on me as I keep smelling it. I
Dude I'm in the same boat. Blind buy. To me hit hit like an old Avon musk but it does have an amazing dry down. I think instead of 1 spray before work I'm gonna do 2 sprays before bed

Wear it Give it some time. You will smell like no one else. It’s a high caliber blending. If you don’t like it, I will buy it from you. I have several and want to be buried with this scent on me. Morbid but true.

I know this is an old comment but coming around to liking this fragrance has nothing to do with getting a "refined nose". Your tastes or preferences can simply change with many things over time. Has nothing to do with refinery. My tastes and preferences have changed over time too and I still hate Interlude Man just as much as when I had it some time ago. Meanwhile there are other fragrances that initially I didn't like but have grown like over time.
Absolutely love the blue beast but sometimes struggle to find occasions to wear it because it's very unique because of the bitterness. Definitely colder weather
It's a great perfume but it's too strong for me. Especially in the opening and it sticked on my skin like glu. Had to scrub it off because it made me nauseous. But still, Amouage is a very special house. And offcourse thanks again for the technical information. Really like that Aaron! 👌🌷
I own shaghaf oud abayad from swiss Arabian which I'm told is a clone of this. The quality is not the same of course but it dies not smell cheap to me in any way. It performs so well in the cooler weather. Not for everyone, but I love it.

So very excited to Aaron review this. I've worn it 3 or 4 times. It's a super complex one and it takes a special one to wear it comfortably.
Just got a sample of this today, wore it and re-watched the review. I love this stuff, it just works really nicely. Masterfully done.

I was never into this kind of smell… then I tried it on my skin one day… and I couldn’t stop smelling myself… it’s now one of my favorite smells.

I breathed a sigh of relief when you only sprayed twice, instead of your normal 4-5 sprays.
He does that because when you first open a fragrance it takes a couple sprays for something to come out. Amouage just has a great atomizer

Great review Aaron , I have just treated myself to interlude 53 which is more concentrated but much smoother than the original , it’s worth a try.

This is a parfume you have to wear for a while to appreciate. First sniff I hated, now I love it. Take a decant...always 😀
