I'd like to hear you talk about the different styles of caligraphy and more about the language itself. Is there one symbol for every word? Multiple symbols for words? Multiple ways to write the same symbol? Do some symbols represent multiple words?

It is impossible to explain mandarin汉语 language (putonghua). It is so different, unique and beautiful. Some characters -汉字-are very philosophical. Hanzi are made of radicals which represent something so knowing the radicals, the learner might guess the meaning sometimes. The world of mandarin language is truly fascinating.

Is pony hair any good to use? I find it keeps its shape and put down ink well but does not hold ink like goat hair.
