  • Easy Baked Rice and Shrimp
    Ingredients
    1 cup of rice
    1 cup of Jumbo shrimp
    3 tbsp of olive oil or any oil of your choice
    1 minced garlic
    1 small onion chopped
    1/2 cup frozen peas (or fresh if available)
    A handful of chopped parsley and cilantro
    2 cups of water
    1 tbsp of lemon juice ‭‬
    lemon slices for decoration
    1 tsp turmeric
    1 tsp ginger
    1tsp paprika
    Cayenne pepper (optional)
    Salt and pepper to taste
