It's great to see motivated content... I now know it really is different when your in the room. This conference was special for me because it was a new step into taking action... being in a room with like minded people. The feeling or vibe at this event was so warm and positive I didn't feel uncomfortable at any point. Finding my first space has been challenging but I know it will not matter after I get it and run it successfully. It will be a incubator for this new Era of Entrepreneurship in my life. YIKES when I heard how much the VA from the Philippines makes. I get that different countries have different income levels but $1000 a month at 50 hours per week!? I'm sorry, that's immoral. God will continue to bless your business if you give her a slightly bigger base pay.

I hate to be the one that says it, but this math ain't mathing! there are 52 weekends in a year.... even if you are doing 75 events each year, that does not get to even half a million if everyone booked your highest package.

Good for you, that you created your own business, and are doing really well, but I find it a little hypocritical that youâre paying a virtual assistant in another country well below minimum wage to run the whole business. Meanwhile, there are people in this country that are struggling to find a job. Iâm happy that you found a way to be successful for yourself and for your family, but where is the integrity?
