None of those songs were ever officially up for consideration to be on an EP or LP of Grace's. The only tracklist Grace ever teased for LV2 was shared back in 2020. In a review for Megalopolis, I read about the scene you're referring to. A body double is used for Grace's character, Vesta because it's part of the story that Coppola wrote.
Romy Mars is not an actor, she is one of Coppola's granddaughters (age 17; Sophia Coppola's daughter), who had kept a (mostly) low profile prior to the Megalopolis premiere. She did just release some songs, however, which are being warmly received. Grace seemed grateful that there was someone at the premiere who was closer to her own age than the other actors in the film.
