    Thanks for your review! You are on point. I bought the HPN in 2019 for $350. I wanted the pull out feature to save space. It’s very solid. I hate that my shirts get caught. I have to consciously remember to make sure my shirts don’t get caught up as I pull out the drawer. Yes, the temperature is way off! I have to set it at 360 to get 400. My infrared gun is my best friend! Over all. I will keep it! I had no problem with it!

    Thank you for the reviews, Mr. Wade, I appreciate it. I'm VERY new to this and just starting out as a hobby. I'm thinking about going with the 15x15 Signature Series (slide out drawer, auto open) with HPN. I don't know why, but for some reason I am so afraid of burning my knuckles with a regular clamshell! LOL And I like they carry an extended warranty option. I know Amazon has less expensive machines, but I'm leary about something going wrong and I'm stuck with a very heavy paperweight. So, I just have to stalk HPN and hope I get there when they have a new shipment in. :) Thanks again for your videos, and God bless!

    Ty for your reviews, I have watched just about all of them.Since I’m new to making shirts and I got burned as a child I feel more comfortable with the slide drawer so I love that. I would hate for my shirt to snag. But … the big issue I find with the Wala is the heating element was all over the place. Meanwhile the craftpro was very consistent. For sublimation it needs to be even. I do wish the handle was out more. Keep up on the vids for us newbies

    i have the WALA and yes it does run hotter than what it says.. between 20-30 degrees;;;; 270 get me 300 and 295 gets me to 320.. drawer noise doesn't even bother me when pressing shirts. only thing that bothers me is the screws next to the gas strut are a little bit long and scratches the strut,, i sanded it down but i shouldn't have to do that. but i still love the thing for the price i paid.

    Craft pro 15×15 owner. One of the best purchases I ever made, very dependable. You will need a heat gun to check the temperature sometimes the press runs 15 to 20 degrees hotter than reading. Besides that no major problems no heat press is going to be 100% perfect. If your thinking about getting a press, it has been worth it's weight in gold to me. It has paid for a 2010 truck cash and straightened out my credit, so I can deal with all the things that don't make it 100% perfect. Like I said one of the best investments I ever made. I've had it for 2 years and still running strong.

      Great points and awesome testimony on the value that owning a heat press can bring. Congratulations on running a successful business man. 👍🏾💪🏾 i have a question though have you experienced the shirt snagging thing? Do you think if the handle at the bottom came out more it would be a more pleasurable user experience?

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  Před 3 lety +3

      I guess the real question is would you pay $50 LESS if the craft pro’s handle was out more and the sharp edges on the slider mechanism was covered?

    • @cdnelson7291
      @cdnelson7291 Před 3 lety +3

      @@adubbproductions You can measure the back of the press where it's snagging and go to Lowe's or somewhere like that and get to metal caps that you can take on and off the tips to stop the snagging. Very simple and cheap fix. The other things like I said don't really bother me, if your determined to make money my brother you ain't going to let anything get in your way. I always suggest to people don't get a heat press if you don't have people to make a profit off of it. It's not Impossible but it's very hard to get into any business if your not business minded. This ain't for everybody, I'm an artist and I started off making designs for other people and I seen how profitable the designs we're for them and the rest is history.

    • @cdnelson7291
      @cdnelson7291 Před 3 lety +1

      @@adubbproductions The edges are an easy and simple cheap fix. The quality of the machine and how long it lasts is what I was focused on. Like I said you can go to Lowe's are somewhere like that and get an adjustable metal cap to put on and off, problem solved. You got to spend money to make money and on a small but profitable level it's worth every penny. How you complain about $50 dollars when the machine can make you thousands of dollars.

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  Před 3 lety +2

    The reason they make the plate hotter than the readout is because you will always loose heat temp from one surface to the other. If the plate is 250 F the fabric will only get around 240 F. It’s just science. So they compensate for this in the design

    Craftpro owner here. My heating element is consistent, it runs about 20 degrees hotter then the readout. The heat gun is a must. So as long as you know your temp and there is no hot or cold spots that fluctuate more then 10 degrees you will be good.
    I agree with everything you said about the handle placement, the snagging on the springs and the corners of the drawer slide. I can't stand it.
    The temp/time gauge and readout I don't have a problem with. I'm color blind but with blues so I can see the red numbers no problem..
    The Craftpro is my first press. When I do upgrade I will most likely go with an auto open. Signature series or something similar. I have a HPN Black series hat press and the digital readout and build quality is SOLID.

      Agreed with this. I think I have only see HPN though offer extended warranties on heat presses. Most places from what I have researched do not. However the craft pro snagging clothes is a big thing for me. $525 + extended warranty + shipping is a lot to have snagged material. I have seen other youtube video reviews of people remedy the issue by installing a wood piece or metal. I just don't think for the amount of $$ the craftpro went up to, that its worth it for ME to have to remedy that issue. I do wish more heat presses offered warranties though.

    Analog? They are both digital displays.. your review is very good but you need to understand the difference between analog and digital, you can cause confusion..

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  Před 3 lety

      In know exactly what I’m talking about. The display on that heat press is comparable to an old analog device. It’s ok if that went over your head. Which one of them do you have?

    • @theferminator19
      @theferminator19 Před 3 lety

      @@adubbproductions damn, dude 😆 you need to be able to take some feedback.. you can also learn from us subscribers. And your reply only confirms that you have no clue what an analog display is. I suggest you google it but if you don’t want to do it, think of an old pocket watch. That would be similar to a analog display.. the one on the press might look old, but it’s still far from analog. So no, you DON’T know what you’re talking about when it comes to analog and digital displays..
      Edit: sooooo, you deleted your initial reply, huh? 😆😆 you know, the one where you mentioned that I went looking on your videos for something to hate on? What the hell is wrong with you dude? You can delete it, I still got the app and email notification 🤣

      I figured you had one. The screen on your craft pro is terrible. You don’t have to agree with me. It’s clear that you love it that’s why you are defending it and that’s ok. Compared to every other press I own that screen is ancient technology. Get a signature series. This is my video and those are my thoughts. You don’t have to agree. The screen is horrible. 🤷🏾‍♂️ ✌🏾
