Let's say only 1.000.000 people were displaced with no shelter, income, etc. That's 1 truck for every 10.000 people each day. And that would be food only. Hospitals without anaesthetics, medicine, bandages, etc. No drinkable water anywhere.
It's a drop in the Ocean.
For reference, the daily average pre Oct. 7 was ~500 trucks, and they had limited capacity for domestic food production plus some infrastructure for potable water as well.
