- It's time to disembark the Carnival Elation. This is never a fun day! The debarkation process wasn't easy. It was quite a hectic scene trying to get off the ship! Sadly all cruises end😢. Panama City you say? Never vacationed there but I try to visit Apalachicola/St. George Island once a year. Love the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. Thanks for posting!
I know we hate disembarkation day. Don't want it to end. Yep we are down here in PCB, FL. Apalachicola is nice! More of the old time Florida feel!
Can you stay later in cabin to avoid the chaos at the elevators?
You can stay for a bit. They try to get you out of the room as early as possible to start cleaning for the turnover. We like to hang out at the buffet for a bit if we are getting off late. But they didn't have any elevators going up.
I have heard that they changed the disembarkation process though so it ruins smoother.
