Eminem did Kim's voice in this song. He's just telling a story. It's like a short film. The way he tells it with his lyrics helps you visualize everything that is going on. It's freaking brilliant! I can't think of another artist or rapper that can do this the way he does! I was 16 years old when this came out and when I heard it for the first time it blew me away!

This is not Eminem or Marshall Mather’s, this is the alter ego slim shady. This song shows his skills as an artist, kim is the love of his life even to this day, but they bring out the worst in each other. And slim shady was an escape goat for him to blow out his feelings. In this song alone you can hear pain, anger, betrayal … it’s an emotional experience of Marshall and Kim but on one side.
It’s a masterpiece just like the rest of the album. You need to listen to it from start to finish and watch a documentary on his life, the whole trip is an amazing emotional rollercoaster

Then you have the part where He says Marshall get a grip that his true self trying to stop what's about to happen before it's too late. The song is being performed by his alter ego Slim Shady. The song is absolutely beautiful in representing the pain of cheating but the struggles of remaining yourself when you use an alter ego. Think of it like actors portraying the Joker. The get deep into the dark side of that character and have trouble leaving that behind when the movie is over. Jack Nicholson warned Heath Ledger about his struggles doing that.
