2:55 It is related. In Stan's last verse in the song he says "Hey Slim, that's my girlfriend screamin' in the trunk. But I didn't slit her throat, I just tied her up, see I ain't like you. 'Cause if she suffocates she'll suffer more, and then she'll die too." He's referring to how Eminem cut Kim's throat and put her in the trunk in this song.

I'd like you to consider one thing. If you didn't once care deeply for someone... Would them betraying you cause such a massive reaction? Yes. It's a toxic relationship, but on the other hand, it takes a hurt, deep and passionate love to turn someone into a person that full of unbridled rage. So, in the end, no matter how twisted, this, at its core, is a love song. Just one that went over that thin line.
That zeppelin beat. (When the levee breaks) When I was 5 this was my favorite Eminem song. I think I just dug the chorus.
Here is a not so fun fact: Kim was at a concert with a group of friends. Eminem ended up doing this song, while using a blow up doll as a prop to go with the song.
