Chinese manufacturers get away with any clone because patents and copyrighted materials are not taken seriously in china. These fakes are actually more scam than it seems. They are usually made with whats left over from very old androids like 2012 androids, cameras, processors, storage chips etc. They are horribly slow, horribly out of date with horrible software which is usually an insanely old and obsolete android version with an iOS theme on top. We cant blame Android itself since it is an open platform, these shady manufacturers get all the blame. You are buying what is effectively a 15 year old android that somehow resembles a modern iPhone. They are legit finding a way to sell these obsolete parts that would go to the trash otherwise, to people that don't know better. It's very sad. Sometimes these fakes can actually be so accurate that they can deceive people and are used to sell fake products on ebay for full price by malicious sellers. These fakes are a huge worldwide problem but they are everywhere so it's impossible to control them
